I was told that until today, 6th of August, I wasn't supposed to carry anything too heavy.

Most heavy things are easier to carry with another person's help.

It depends on the family & the circumstances, whether or not such help will be available most times that it is needed. 

Life can be full of hard circumstances at times.

Light and Life to all He brings, Risen with healing in his wings.

I find it hard to overcome my inherent laziness.

I have been practicing yoga to overcome my laziness 

I hope my favourite NRL team in the Qualifying finals, the Panthers, will have been practising hard for next Friday night's match against the East Sydney Roosters.

• That sounds so fun. Hope the Match goes well or went well depending. 

The fun continues, when these teams will play against Melbourne's Storm & the Cronulla Sharks, to decide which two teams will be in the Grand Final. 

Meanwhile, the upcoming AFL Grand Final, between the Sydney Swans and the Brisbane Lions, is of no interest to one who only supports teams from Melbourne.

(Especially when both the above teams were originally Melbourne ones that got sold off, but that's getting even further into Aussie interstate rivalry here. ) 

One of the owners who sold a team invested the money they got for it at a high interest rate.  They were then able to purchase a very nice block of flats in a different state, with the money. 

It is too late now, to purchase a ticket to the Sydney Swans Vs Brisbane Lions AFL Grand Final, when the game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground has already started

The game is over and the Lions absolutely wiped the floor with the Swans.
