Do not. I have terrible posture.
Read the Bible all the way through (even if it takes years)?
Love God, love people
Do, which is a bad habit of mine. Though I often enjoy reading the middle better once I can follow the twists and turns the characters go through before reaching the end.
Get up early (ie. before 7.00 am) even if you don't have to?
Oh my goodness no, you will not drag me out of bed anytime early, unless it's something very exciting and that takes a lot.
Stay in pajamas the whole day if you get up extra late?

Do not. Mostly because I have to take my dogs out 4 times a day.
Stay at a bed and breakfast instead of a hotel?
Love God, love people
Do. In Britain bed and breakfasts are cheaper than hotels.
Go to a musical and hum along?
Do, even if under my breath, if I recognise the tune.
Sing along with your national anthem?
Do (invariably and indubitably).

Do not. Unless it was meant to be struck. My mom taught me to not touch things I'm not supposed to.
Enter a raffle even if you don't want the prize?
Love God, love people
It depends on where the money's going. If it's a very worthy cause, Do, and if I don't want the prize, I'll just donate it to someone I know who would appreciate it. But if it's not a worthy cause, then Do Not. In fact, I wouldn't buy a ticket even if the prize was appealing.
Hang up on telemarketers?

Nope. Do not.
Subscribe to a magazine?
Love God, love people
Do, to several of them on my tablet. Now, for finding the time to read them however is a big do not.
