Long haired or short haired pet?
We have nothing, if not belief.
—C.S. Lewis
Long haired. I find most short-haired critters are kind of rough on the hand, whereas the slightly longer fiber is nice and soft. (Though it sticks to your hand. )

We have hands that fashion and heads that know,
But our hearts we lost - how long ago! -- G. K. Chesterton
Ferris wheel.

God rest you merry, gentlemen,
Let nothing you dismay.

That's hard--depends on what it is. But I'd say in general paper.

Hydrangeas or Peonies?
We have nothing, if not belief.
—C.S. Lewis
Hydrangeas--my grandma had them in her yard so it brings back good childhood memories.
Poncho or hoodie?
Love God, love people
Hoodie. I was quite sad when the zipper snapped on mine, and the fact it's not really office wear. :/
Ice cream sandwich or ice cream bar?

Italian food or Chinese food?
(That's a hard one, 'cause I love both, but the one prior—Quinlin's—would have been pretty much a no-brainer for me. )
Um ... Italian.
