Snow!!! :D I'd never seen snow in my life before I moved to the UK (as an adult) — not that we normally get a lot of it here in the south, but I'm still as thrilled as a little kid every time there's even a light sprinkling of it.

Ice skating. I've been skiing once, and I ended up running into the ski lift (in front of my youth group) and into some guy (I bent his ski poles). I'm only marginally better at skating.... ;))
