Chemistry. Physics demands a grasp of mathematics that was beyond my ken, though I studied a combined course of both subjects back in the 1960's.

Ooer, hard! I love both, but I'll pick history because it's what I ended up majoring in at university and we can learn a lot from exploring why things happened as they did, whose points of view have been included or left out, and which ideas have shaped the course of events and how...

Planes, if I can afford them, though you see more on a train, if you don't mind taking days & even weeks on some long distance trains.

English muffins. They are better with butter & vegemite than are bagels. :)

Oooo. This is a tough one as my family often eats rice both steamed and fried. I would have to choose steamed rice because you can use it in so many different ways, even in fried rice!

Asparagus or green beans?

A White Christmas, just to be a . =)) I know that here in all places of the world I am definitely going to have a Summer Christmas, anyway, whether I like it or not, & just hope it won't be too hot this year. :D It would be amazingly shocking if there was snow falling even in the nearby Blue Mountains in the middle of Summer.
