I can't guarantee this, having never been to Austria, but going by what I've seen online, souvenir shops in Austria do sell them!

But Spain has a long history of colonisation in America, not only in South America, where the Spaniards dominated much of that continent, except for Brazil, Surinam, Guyana, & the French Guiana, but also in Central America, as well as in the Caribbean. California, New Mexico, Texas and Florida, in USA, also were once Spanish colonies. I don't quite know how extensive the Spanish influence extended in USA's 52 states.
