Never. I have to cart it around with me for half the day, it invariably gets squashed in my bag and more often than not I still have containers to cart around with me for the rest of the day.

Make a detour to look at something in the middle of a journey?

Almost always! That's an important part of any journey!

ASN: Be on your phone at a restaurant?

Sometimes, if I'm trying to get in touch with someone (probably to meet up ).

ASN: Sing carols (even if just to yourself) around Christmas?

Always, because singing carols to myself is the only option left, when my voice croaks these days.

ASN: Go to Christmas carols get togethers staged around the community?

Never.

ASN: Remember to check your email once a day?

Always.

ASN: Have a cup of tea before bed?

Never. I may have a cup in the evenings but never right before bed.

ASN: Have dessert with dinner?

Sometimes. Especially if it is something that goes with the meal price.

ASN: Get sidetracked when going through belongings in a cleanup?

Sometimes.

ASN: See a movie in theaters more than once?

Sometimes - more so when I was young, when there weren't home videos, DVDs or Blu-Rays. I first saw the recent Alice Through The Looking-Glass in 2D as the friend I was with doesn't like watching movies in 3D, but I had to see it again in 3D.

ASN: If you have a smartphone or smartwatch app that tells you when to stand/sit/move around to achieve your daily exercise goal, do you obey it?

Never; don't have one.

ASN: Read a book as soon as you buy it?

Sometimes. At least I may read the first couple of chapters.

ASN: start reading a new book before you've finished reading another one?

Sometimes.

ASN: Eat three meals a day?

Always.
