Never, as I would forget about the chart. I just keep a mental schedule.

Sometimes. My dad usually cuts the grass, but when I help, I do try to get it done early.

Sometimes - if I am working, or travelling very early. Last year I had to get up before 6 for three, for a job I had in London. Four years ago I got up that early twice a week for a beginners' running programme before work.
