Justin felt for the man. He sat next to him. "I know how you feel. I'm doing this for my family too. only, there alive and I may be the one who's going to die." His eyes turned dark, as he looked ahead.

Kevin walked back in to get the last few thugs "We have to get these men to prison, its all that matters right now" he said using his military diciplin to push aside his feeling for Connie. He picked up the thug and slung him over his sholder, "Come on"
If you ain't first, you're last.
Justin answered, "I'm on it." He closed the doors, as soon as the thugs were in the car. "Should we send out an APV on Connie?"

"Yes, I'll do it Justin Chuck is in no condition to drive. Could you? I'm going to stay in the back and watch the men" said Kevin.
If you ain't first, you're last.
Justin nodded. "Right on it." As soon as Kevin left, Justin geared up the engine and headed to where the prison was. He walked inside, him and chuck bringing in the thugs. "We got some criminals here for you."

The prision guard snorted "here give em to us we'll take care of em" he said with a grim expression.
If you ain't first, you're last.
Justin rushed towards the door, bringing the thugs forward. "I believe these are the same crew that killed brad and ran that newspaper place at the mall.

Peter was pacing. "He's been gone for so long. I just hope he didn't do soemthing extremely stupid."
Jen assured him, "I'm pretty sure Justin knows what he's doing."
Peter asked, "But what if he dies or gets himself in more trouble?" He got otu his cell and called Nate.

"Hey Pete, whats up?" Nate asked.

"El`Paso?" asked the man as he tooked the men from them.
If you ain't first, you're last.
Peter said, "Come to Justin's house. He has been gone for hours and I don't know where he went. He was here, then told me to say bye to everyone at the house for him. I'm just really worried he got himself killed or arrested again!"

Justin looked to Chuck for translation. Why was the guy asking for money? People don't give money when turning in criminals.

Chuck wispered "Its the name of the Mafia we are after"
---
Nate repied "Alright Pete, I havn't seen Kevin around either"
several minutes later...
Nate knock on Justins door and waited for Pete to answere.
If you ain't first, you're last.
Justin whispered, "Thanks." He turned to the man. "Yes sir. These people are EL Paso." He looked to Chuck for approval, to make sure he wasn't making a fool of himself. Still, he almost forgot he was a civilian.

When Peter heard the door knock, he muttered, "Imangine answering my cousin's door." He loved his cousin and was glad his cousin was heroic and wanted to be like that. Still, couldn't Justin at least say where he was going? He opened the door. "Hey Nate. Come on in." While the two of them walked into the living room, Peter told Nate everything that happened. "And I am just worried he's going to be killed. I mean we already are planning one funeral. He knows we don't want another one. I thought he was looking for evidence to help his case, but does that really take this long?"

Nate tryed to comfort Peter... "He's with Kevin right... Kevin wouldn't, couldn't let anything happen to Justin, he nearly gave his life for his men I'm sure he'd do the same with Justin"
If you ain't first, you're last.
At the dance, Miley turned to Ryan. "Hey, this us our song."

Jen was relieved to see the evidence that Peter cared abou tmore than just his hair or himself. He was concerned about Justin and for Justin's safety. She put a supportive hand on Peter's shoulder.

Maralyn couldn't take this. Honestly, she felt Justin would be better off if he had stayed home today and not gone out on that call. How was she supposed to survive if he were dead now? Wasn't the point of the trial to save his life? Still, he was probably, as Peter said, just getting evidence. What if someone caught him and killed him on the spot? His quest would have been for nothing. She went into their room, pulled out a book and hoped it would calm her down. The book was about a woman losing her husband. Frustrated, she put her book down, lay in her bed and stared at the ceiling.

Peter asked, "What if he doesn't succeed? They've been gone for hours."

Nate said "Pete, he's with two of the greatest fighting men ever. He will have sucseeded, why don't you give him a call?" he said before tossing Pete his phone.
If you ain't first, you're last.
Peter took Nate's cell phone and dialed Justin's number.

Justin got back into his car, after an exciting day of busting out criminals. He was confident that this would be enough evidence for him to not go to jail or die. His cell rang. "Hello?"
~~~~~~~~~~~
Relieved, Peter said, "I am so happy you're alive. Where did you go?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Justin smiled, "Oh, just went on an adventure. Looks like I may be a free man after all."
~~~~~~~~~~
Confused, Peter asked, "What did you do?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Justin laughed at the shock in his cousin's voice. That was Peter, expecting the worst. "Let's just say, we found some guys from a mafia connected with the newspaper place. They are probably the same who killed June and Brad."
Peter interrupted, "You did not kill them, did you?"
Justin kept himself from laughing, so that he wouldn't wreck. "Come on, Pete. You really think I would drive downtown to kill someone?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Peter felt a wave of remorse. He did not feel that way about his cousin at all. It was just that his cousin had a hint of mischeif in his voice, or snarkiness that was different than normal. "No, of course not."
Justin responded, "I did not kill them, I put them in prison. Hey, Chuck is in my car with me. Kevin has his vehicle. We will explain the details at home, okay?"
Peter said, "Okay."
