"Justin, wait first we have to prove this ok? we still have no evidence, look if you want meet us on maple street downtown in twenty minutes and you can help us" Kevin said as Chuck turned a corner.

Justin's hopes dampened a little, when Kevin said there was no evidence. "OKay, I will meet you there." When he hung up, Peter asked, "What was that about?"
Justin said, "I have to take care of a few things okay? Tell everyone good-bye for me."

Before Peter could say anything, Justin rushed into his car, leaving the kid confused. He walked into the living room. "Um, Jusitn ahd ot go somewhere."

Jen asked, "Where?"

Peter shrugged. "I think he's looking for evidence. I hope he finds it."

By the time he got to downtown Maple Street, he spotted Kevin and Chuck. "Let's get started."

Chuck was leaning against his van looking at his watch "twenty one, twenty two" he looked up and saw Justin "two secconds late, civilians" he muttered shaking his head. Kevin tossed Justin a vest and pistol in its holster then said "Put it on"

Justin's eyes widened, as he eagerly took the vest and pistol. No way he could get in trouble for this. This was government work, with Chuck and Kevin. He wasn't just doing this for him, but for his family. He was afraid to speak, because he may say something immature like "We're gonna bust those guys!" So he listened, as chuck explained what they were going to do.

Inside the van was filled with computers and other such devices, Connie explained the mission "Ok Chuck is going through a window up here" she pointed at a three dimensional model on her computer, Justin and I will go through the back door, Kevin will go through the front. Don't shoot to kill! She said sternly "We need these men to be tried, now go"

Justin was relieved to not have to kill anyone, and felt another burst of excitement, as he and Connie moved through the back door. Not only was his goal to get the information he needed, he also wanted to protect Connie from getting hurt. He ducked behind some boxes, as he noticed a couple thugs, while on of them worked at a computer. He leaned in, listening on their talk. He walked closer to one lone thug who was not smoking and was standing closeby. He put a hand on the thug's mouth and pulled him in.

Connie handed Justing a cotten ball and said "Put it over his nose, just dont smell it" as soon as Justin did the man went limp"
The thug at the computer said "Charlie come look at this, Charlie?" WHAM! a dart hit him in the neck and Chuck jumped from a hole in the top floor. When he hit the ground he steped back from a punch thrown and grabbed the mans for arm; from there he twisted it into a chicken wing and jabbed the man in the neck with a needle. The men began to surrond Chuck when Kevin finally broke the front door down a man pulled his gun on Kevin. Kevin rolled out of the way behind some boxes, Chuck kicked the gun out of the mans hand and caught it in mid air and threw it out a window. Another man jumped on Chuck and took him the groud were he held him while he drew a knife.

Chuck grabbed the handle of the knife and held it away from his neck when Connie jumped from her hiding place a kicked man off her father but after that she felt a arm rap around her neck; chocking her. She then felt a gun against her head "No body move or she dies"

Fortunately, the man's back was turned towards Justin. He crept behind the boxes, remaining invisible and silent. He took out chloroflorm and put it over the man's head, forcing him to let go and pass out. In disgust he tossed the man on top of the other thug he caught.

The last two five thugs came upstair to see what was happening; the came prepared with gun, knifes and one had a machete Kevin jumped foward then back as the man swung the machete at him. He ducked under another swing and drove the man down the stairs falling with him. Chuck drew his gun and shot the gun out of a thugs hand then takled him. They fell into a bunch of boxes creating a lot of dust, one more converged upon Justin and pinned him against a wall. The two others attacked Connie.

Justin grunted, as a thug had him pinned against the wall and kicked him low, causing him to double in pain. Another thug came behind him, and grabbed him face. Justin grabbed the thug's arms of his face and dragged him in the front. He went back to his football days and tackled the man. The man decided to come back on top of him, but Justin kicked his stomach. That caused the man to tumble off him, then Justin put chloroflorm on his face and dragged him out the door, to put him in Chuck's vehicle.

When the dust cleared Chuck had knocked out his man. He stood up and rushed to the stairwell "KEVIN!?" Kevin limped up the stairs, there was a long gash from his forhead across his eye "where's Connie?" Kevin said with a concerned look in his eye that wasn't swollen. Chuck turned around and looked around then fell to his knees "No!"

Throwing the thug's body into the vehicle was a piece of cake for Justin. He kept the chloroform over the man, just to make sure he would not leave. He called Kevin. "Got one man down. Put him in chuck's vehicle. Over."

Kevin responded "Justin, they got Connie we are going to need you in here I'll take over out there" a few minutes he came out carrying another thug over his sholder.

Justin allowed Kevin in, then rushed into the building. He noticed Chuck and asked, "WHat would you like me to do?"

Chuck began crying and said "You want to know why I'm doing this Justin?" he said while runing his hand through his hair "Because, my wife was killed when I was on a case to catch the same mafia leader, it happened soon after Connie was born, Now the've tooken her two"
