Jen grabbed Ally's arm. "He's not interested."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Peter grinned. "Skateboarding is fun, though I'm not very good at it. So..whaen is your shift over? Wanna come join us?"
~~~~~~~~~~
MIley grinned, as she saw Peter talking to Zach at the restaurant. "How about we see Peter first? Gotta tell him that I'm going to see Justin anyway."

If there was one thing in the world that Logan could practically live on, it was attention. As soon as he heard Stacey complimenting his moves, he was inwardly overjoyed, though he kept a cool exterior. With his signature flip of his hair, he said, "Thanks. And theres more where that comes from, too. I'm Logan." Before he could get to know Stacey any better, Peter asked her why she was there, and Logan immediately sensed a cold barrier of some sort being raised. There was clearly some history here that Logan was unaware of. Soon he felt like he was awkwardly stuck in the middle of some passive fight, a cold war; but as quickly as it had begun, it was over. Peter grabbed his board and went to skate some more, leaving Logan with Stacey and the others. Logan talked to Stacey for a little bit, but then they all turned in surprise as Peter took a fall on the ramp.
"Ooh, that looked painful. Good try though, Pete, not bad at all," Logan said as Peter returned. The next thing Logan knew, Stacey was making fun of Peter again. Logan sighed; he hated being in the middle of something he had no clue about.
"Logan, Brian and Jen, can we talk, alone?" Peter asked, which upset Stacey, so she left.
"Later Stacey," Logan called, and then turned to the others. "Okay, so, what's up Pete?" Before Peter could reply, someone called out to them. Logan searched for the voice's owner and quickly found it; a boy their age, standing behind a restaurant near the park. Apparantly it was a friend of Peter's, who went to go say hi.

Emmy watched as Ally made her way toward them, and introduced herself to Brian. She felt heat rise inside her and her jaw tightened a bit as Ally shook Brian's hand. She was surprised at her sudden emotion, but that didn't stop the feelings from coming. Who is this Ally? Emmy thought, and then wondered, Why am I so upset? She's just introducing herself. Emmy found herself studying Brian then, looking for any signal as to what he thought about Ally. Then she observed Ally, and for a second, they locked eyes. I know what you're up to, Emmy thought, as if she could somehow place that thought in the other girl's mind. Emmy looked downward almost immediately, not wanting anyone to sense the emotions that she herself didn't understand. She wanted to interrupt between Ally and Brian, but couldn't make herself.
That's when Jen came to her rescue. Or Brian's rescue, perhaps. Whatever the case, Emmy felt indebted to her. She smiled, glad Jen was her friend.

Declan continued his stroll around town when suddenly he saw a lot of his friends hanging out at the skate park.
"Ooh, People I know!" Declan said, so he ran up to them. "Hey guys! What's up? I was strolling through the park today, in the merry merry month of May-"
At this point, someone corrected him on what month it actually was; not May.
"I've heard it both ways." Declan said, "But anyhow, what are you guys doing?"

"Okay, okay," Johnny said, following Miley out the door. "Wherever you want to go first."

"I can join you," Zach replied quickly. "My shift ends in an hour, but I can change that." He held up a finger. "Be right back."
He reentered the kitchen and ran to his mom's office. "Mom? Can I please go out with Peter and his friend for the afternoon...please?" A second helping of manners might help.
"You only have an hour left."
"Yeah, but the sun goes down in two hours. Please?" More begging.
"Zach, I don't have time for this."
"Mo-om! I can ask Stephen to cover my section."
"Only if."
Zach dashed back to the kitchen (If the restaurant thing doesn't work, maybe I can be a professional sprinter, he thought dryly), promised the other waiter a Shakira CD if he covered for him, and sprinted back outside.
He actually wouldn't buy a CD; he would go to the library, copy the tracks onto his computer, and make a new one.
Zach leaned against the wall, panting, and weakly smiled at Peter. "I...can go...with...you my shift....covered....for to...for today."

Ally shook free from Jen. "Well, excuse me. But does anyone here recall me asking if he was available? Poor boy hasn't even gotten the chance to introduce himself."
The other girl was watching her, but Ally ignored it.
Smiling, Peter said, "Awewsome! Lezz go!"
As they were walkigng towards the skatepark, Miley caught up with them and he was suprised to see Johnny there also. "Hey, Johnny."

"Hi Peter." Johnny smiled, wondering what Peter was thinking. "Miley just thought it'd be nice to say 'hi' and catch up before we go to Justin's office. What have you been up to?"
~-~-~-~-~
Another boy! All these people were just piling into the skatepark, all at once. Ally sighed and turned to check up on Stacey, who was expertly puffing up Logan's ego. Ally grinned. Stacey was learning well.

"We can go," agreed Zach, letting Peter tug him along towards the park.
Rosamunde jumped as her phone began to buzz. She flipped it open and read the text that she had just recieved. It was a reply from her cousin, Declan, saying that he was at the park with some other teens.
Rosamunde shoved her drawing pad into her bag and stood. She walked in the direction of the park, skipping slightly.
Once she got there, she sidled up to her cousin and said, "Wow, lots of people."

"...So yeah, living in the city with all the best skate parks around, it's like impossible not pick up awesome skills. 'specially when you've got the raw talent for it, like I do," Logan boasted as he spoke with Stacey, showing her a few more skateboard tricks that he knew. He really enjoyed attention; even if it was from someone who clearly didn't get along well with his other friends. Logan had always considered himself to have an "accept all" philosophy when it came to making friends, trying not to get caught up in other people's feuds and disagreements. After all, the way to be popular is to make sure everyone likes you, and Logan's number one goal here in Ditto Town was to be popular.
Logan came to a stop and popped his board up, grabbing the front. He looked to Stacey, "So, how 'bout you? Ever skate, or do you just hang out at the skate park to meet new friends?" he asked with a grin, and, of course, a flip of his hair.

Brian was slightly taken aback, as the girl they called Alley approached him. He arched a brown eye brow and deftly shook her hand. The hot pink nails seemed.....odd....and her smile was a flirty one, letting him know she was attempting to get his attention. That's when Jen broke in, and interrupted saving him from having to answer Alley. But the annoying girl persisted. He set on a disgusted expression and said quietly "My name's Brian. Hi." He had to slightly look down on her, being the taller of the two. "Um, I....need to sit down" he slipped away, hoping she wouldn't follow. Being the center of attention was a far leap from what he wanted. He looked at Emmy in a fleeting glance before sitting.

Ian's mouth was slightly hanging open, as he seriously considered whether Micah was on the level. His story sounded pretty fantastic. A little....out there. He settled back in his chair before speaking "Your Dads after you?" he rubbed his unshaved chin, which had sprouted a layer of stubble. "A thieving business eh? I can see why you ran way then. Do you have a Mother?" The more he could discover about his cousin the better. That's when his cell phone rang. He saw Micah flinch, and stare at it uncertainly. Grasping it in his palm, he flipped it open and answered in a honeyed tone "Hello?"

"No.....not now" Abigail said shaking "I need to go to bed. I need to wake up" she said wanting to cry. "How can this be real!?" she asked pressing a hand to her forehead

Stacey giggled at the way Logan's tone sounded so comforting. He gave her the attention she had been wanting for years "As you can tell by my lack of skill, this is my first time. Ally and I were just walking, saw you guys and wanted to see what it was all about. SHe tried making her excited smile as subtle as possible. When she saw Ally looking her way, SHe said, "How about we go on a date?"

Amanda toossed her tresses over her shoulder. "You're awake. This truly happened and we still gotta check on your brother and Andrew."

Micah took a deep breath, still being scrutinized by his cousin. "She is still married to him. I'm all alone. And I even was able to get legit copies from my schools to enroll here but I faked my last name. I told this one boy My family and I just moved here, so tha tno one will suspect hwo I am and call my dad." Then, his cousin was interuppted by a phone call.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Peter smiled at his older cousin. "Skateboarding with my friends. Jen and her new friend are here too. Just reunited with my friend, Zach. We're just chillaxin."
He asked, "How are you doing? You should totally see Justin's baby."
Justin stopped at a red light. "How are you? Mind if I come over a little bit?"
((OOC: Introducing my two new characters, Bridget and Sydney West.))
Bridget spun around in a circle, appraising the room. “See, this’ll be perfect, Syd!” She looked at her younger sister, who stood in the doorway.
“It’s small.” Sydney said, adjusting her bracelets and not really paying any attention to the room or her sister.
“Not really. There’s only two of us…” Bridget said, but immediately regretted it when she saw her sister’s head pop up with a glare.
“Yeah, just the two of us.” Sydney said before walking away towards the kitchen.
“Syd, come on…” Bridget followed her sister, hands at her side. “You know I didn’t mean it like that. I’m not that uncaring.”
“Can we just not talk about this right now?” Sydney asked, flipping her orange bangs to the side. “It’s really starting to bug.”
“Whatever you say…” Bridget sighed and left the kitchen. She headed out the front door and toward her pick-up truck. The bed of the truck was piled high with small pieces of furniture and other boxes of possessions. She leaned against the truck, hands on the side of the bed and quietly said, “How am I going to do this?”
"Mundy!" Declan said, giving his cousin a hug, "I'm so glad you could make it. So, how's life? Has anything changed since last night?"
Rosamunde shrugged, "Not much, actually. What's going on here?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bridget pushed off of her truck and walked back inside. "Syd!"
Sydney looked through the doorway into the kitchen. She was sitting on the counter, her black flip-flops about to fall off of her swinging feet.
"Do you wanna look around town? We'll unpack later...Like in an hour or two." Bridget walked up to the kitchen and leaned on the doorpost.
"Fine with me." Sydney slid off the counter and walked toward the open front door. "I'll be back in a little while."
Sydney left the unfurnished house and headed down the sidewalk, running a hand through her funky-colored bangs.

Rosamunde shrugged, "Not much, actually. What's going on here?"
"Oh you know, the usual." Declan said.
Rosamunde gave him a, 'and that is?' kind of face.
"I actually don't kow." Declan said, "But I know how to find out, follow me."
Declan beckoned Rosamunde to follow as he approached Peter. "Hey, Peter, What's up?"
"Lot's of Planets have a North!" ~ The Doctor
Peter was talking to Johnny, Miley and Zach when Declan showed up. "Nothin much, Decks. This is my cousin, Johnny and my friend, Zach. You probably already met Miley. "
THen, he turned to his cousin. "This is my friend Declan and his cousin, ROsemunde."
