"Okay, I'd be flattered that you're apparently attempting to assassinate me, except for the fact you sent a midget," Kasandra said."Guys, you know what to do. Kill, disembowel, annoy with your freakish stupidity and lame accents. I'll just be hiding on the other side of the hangar door, waiting for the death and the screams to stop."
The Gungans babbled excitedly and drew their blasters.
"Plan? I believe the plan is try not to die," Ordana told the little girl.
Ordana drew two handfuls of knives and let them fly at the guards, guiding them to their targets with an impressive variant of the Saber Throw attack. Half of the Gungans dropped dead, while the others tripped over their own feet and toppled out of the way of the flying blades.
"Going somewhere, your Majesty?" Lisan asked as she leapt across the hangar and landed between Kasandra and the doors.
The Empress shrieked in surprise and drew a blaster. She pulled the trigger and fired wildly. Lisan flinched backwards in surprise, but formed a telekinetic force field to block the blaster bolts.Kasandra dodged around Lisan and ran for the door. She had almost made it when Lisan casually tossed a fireball at the Empress. It knocked her through the doorway and the doors slid shut, blocking the assassins view of the burning Empress.
"That was pathetically easy," Lisan scoffed and then her head jerked around to look at the hangar doors as something punched right through them.

"Amazing," Hailey commented sarcastically. "What fighting prowess. However did we conquer an entire freaking galaxy with idiots like that as our army? It was a stupid droid! It should be scrap! When they report back after the intruder is dead, I want them shot! Multiple times! And . . . desecrate the bodies!
"I find it more troubling that the Force user survived our countermeasures. The nerve toxin we sprayed into the room should have killed him," one of the random Imperial people spoke up.
"That's a very good point. Perhaps it isn't a Force user after all. It could be a tulpa or a well-crafted golem. Perhaps a revenant raised by some rogue necromancer?" a woman dressed in a rather cliched sorceress outfit suggested.
"And we're receiving some sort of challenging message from the intruder. He or it is from Dittotopia. Goes by the name of David. I'm looking him up in the census records. He seems to be an ordinary human, with a possible alien ancestor. Records indicate another ancestor may have been Force sensitive. So much for the magical animation theory," the first speaker said, as he accessed a nearby workstation.
"He could still be a revenant. This is classic revenant behavior, revenge, defying destruction," the sorceress argued.
"Adopting stray droids?" Workstation Man asked innocently. "Ah, now the droid is trying to do something. Not really sure what."
"Maybe it's trying to turn off the palace's power?" the sorceress suggested.
"That's a waste of time. Kasandra read something from one of the alternate worlds called the Evil Overlord's List and ordered the computer system to be compartmentalized. The power can only be switched off on the reactor level," Hailey stated. "Also, I believe there was something about a devastating computer virus set to attack any computer that attempted to hack the palace network."
"Besides, we have emergency power, which can't be shut off unless the batteries are disconnected. It would be a little ridiculous for the Imperial palace to not have safeguards like that," Workstation Man added.
"We've got bigger problems!" a new personnel member announced. "Unidentified ships dropping out of hyperspace! They're converging on the Star Forge."
"Do we have any ships that can get here soon enough?"
"Nothing closer than at least twelve hours away. I'm sending a recall notice anyway, but we're on our own."
--------
"What if Enyo is there? Shouldn't we try to find out first?" Corvan suggested.
"I could scry the planet for her. If she's as powerful as you claim, it shouldn't be that difficult," Myrddin volunteered.

"Not so fast. You're not going anywhere without me," Allyn said. He didn't try to physically stop Juriel/Caelan, he didn't want to start another fight. He felt guilty now for causing their last lightsaber battle, even if he had had no way of knowing who he was attacking.
Juriel threw an irritated look over his shoulder, obviously he had been hoping that for once the Jedi would know where to stick his business. He pulled to a stop suddenly and turned on his heel to confront Allyn.
"Need I remind you that we are supposed to be mortal enemies, on the chosen path to ultimately kill each other because of our chosen beliefs and occupations." He frowned as he crossed his arms and stepped back to observe Allyn curiously. "So I'm going to give you a chance to uncross your wires before I decide to pick up where we left off--at each other's throats." He started mentally counting off from sixty, jumping from fifty-six to twenty when he got there, just in case Allyn finally snapped out of it.

"We weren't always enemies. We used to be friends a long time ago. Maggria said your name is really Caelan. You were her apprentice and you were like my little brother. I don't know what happened to you, how you can still be alive, but I'm sticking with you, whether you like it or not," Allyn said stubbornly. "Besides, how are you going to fight me when I swiped your lightsaber while you were out?"
Juriel clenched his jaw tightly, not having to look down to know that what Allyn said about his lightsaber was true. But that was not what ignited the spark of fury in his eyes.
"Now see," he began tightly, his nostrils flaring as he teetered on the edge of self control, "that's where you need to fix your memory wires. Because before all this, I did not know you or your name or this Maggria. You're probably going through a little self-denial right now, because maybe this Caelan was on one of your planets that blew up."
He cracked a smart grin and took a step back. He was ready to wash his hands of this man and everything else that came with him. "Now that would make sense," he went on, mocking the Jedi with spread hands. "Since you are having some personal issues. But I won't hold that against you." Juriel shook his head, feigning solemnity. "A Jedi with your background is liable to rethink his sanity."

As the trigger-happy gungans advanced Astri stood still. She knew that this was all very serious. A stray energy-bolt made its way toward her. "Plan? I believe the plan is try not to die," Astri remembered hearing Ordana say. Okay. She could do that. She lifted her right hand up quicker than a flash and touched the bolt. It dissipated into her palm.
"O-o-o-kay." Astri said, exhaling, after it all seemed to be over.
"Let the music cast its spell,
give the atmosphere a chance.
Simply follow where I lead;
let me teach you how to dance."
Scrappy turned around and beeped to David, "I can't seem to shut down the power” David said “Then, and we’ll have to turn it off manually, find the weapons depot” Scrappy plugged into the outlet again, then turned around and displayed a hologram of the palace. “We are here, and here’s the weapons depot” Scrappy took David on a virtual tour through the 3D model corridors. Then David said “find the main reactor” so Scrappy went to work. His results were rewarding; he located the reactor level and found out about the virus he then fowarded the information to David "Good thing we were going to do it manualy"
If you ain't first, you're last.
As Space Case strafed the Star Forge, his lasers tearing apart an auto turret, his audio receptors suddenly picked up interference from an unknown signal.
"Who on Cybertron is singing?" he wondered aloud. His train of thought was cut short as he had to quickly evade being blown out of the sky by another turret. He couldn't help but hum along to the, he had to admit, rather catchy tune as he flew along.
Shono started dancing all the sudden before he was aware of two skeptical eyes far above him. He looked up and said "It’s catchy!" as he stopped.
David snuck along the many corridors of the palace towards the weapon depot when all the sudden Scrappy began playing music, he kicked the droid who turned it off quickly "What was that?" he wispered before he heard clones coming around a corner so he drew his lightsabers and lit the hall away a blase with red and black light.
If you ain't first, you're last.
(That's right, you've been Rick Rolled! )
On the bridge of the New Dawn, one of the few surviving crew-members walked to the helm and activated the sublight engines.
"Time to destroy the Empire," he cackled and laid in a course.
One of the other crew-members yelped in alarm and ran to the man's side, trying to pull his hands away. It was too late though. The course was set and locked in. The New Dawn was headed on a collision course with the palace on Orran.

Lisan formed a fireball, reading to blast whatever was ripping through the door. She was unprepared for the doors to be ripped from their frame and flung at her. Her hastily-formed force field shattered on impact and Lisan was thrown through the air, landing with several audible cracks at Corvus' feet.
Kasandra Fury, Empress of the Ditto Sith Empire, stepped through the wrecked hangar doors. Her face was burnt and melted away. What lay beneath it was a metallic droid face, complete with glowing photoreceptors.
"What's happening to me? How did I open those doors like that? What did you do to me?" Kasandra shrieked hysterically.
There was a pause and Kasandra spoke again, her voice now a droid's voice, sounding mechanical and male.
"Query: Why am I wearing meatbag clothing? Query: Where am I? Enraged Promise: I am going to kill you, meatbags."
"Kandosii! The Empress is really an insane HK-50 beskar'ad. Could this day get any better?" Ordana griped.
Kasandra has acquired a blaster rifle from somewhere and she raised it now, firing several quick bursts into Lisan's body before she could get up. The avatar of the Phoenix Force jerked several times and then lay still. The Empress shrieked in horror and turned to run further into the station.
NOW! KILL AVATAR NOW! SHE'S VULNERABLE! Death exclaimed as she appeared suddenly alongside the still-living people in the hangar.
David was unaware of this as his cut down the last clone, these appeared to be guarding the depot and heard Scrappy and came to investigate... Now the depot doors were unguarded and he walked right in. He then grabbed five thermal detonators put them in his pockets then headed for the reactor level... Once he got there he found the main reactor and tossed three of the five detonators next to it he walked away. Hitting the button as he stepped out the door KABOOM!
Twenty minutes latter he was at the emergany generator were he threw the other two... You can guess what happened; KABOOM! and then all the lights in the complex went out as he shut down the power.
If you ain't first, you're last.
Corvus looked up from the last Gungan she just killed and blinked in surprise at Lisan and then Death.
"Oh you mean now?" she asked. "Geez. Everything is going so fast. First Gungans can fire weapons, then the Empress is some sort of droid thingy. And now I'm to kill the Phoenix Force chick. Well, I guess that is what this cool death dagger is for."
She pressed her side and the dagger flew out of her skin-tight leather jacket and into her hand. Bending down, she stabbed Lisan through the heart, before standing and moving away quickly just in case the she burst into flames or something.
P.S."Brooklyn!"
The Autobots continued their attack on the Star Forge. They managed to destroy a good portion of the auto turrets, though they had suffered some losses in doing so.
On the New Dawn, VACS felt the ship lurch and start to dive. Casting off all stealth, the diminutive Autobot detached from the ceiling and scurried past Allyn and Juriel. He made it to the bridge and, after assessing the situation, flung himself onto the controls, trying to hack in and alter the course. But he didn't know enough about Geangrai technology to do any good.
"VACS to Warpath!" he signaled. "We could use some assistance here!"
Warpath was in the middle of a close strafing run on the Star Forge and was unable to reply for several tense moments. When he finally got clear, he tracked down the falling Geangrai ship and cursed under his breath.
"Stupid organics. What're they thinkin'?" He opened up the comlink to the other attacking Autobots.
"Someone go help VACS out!"
Two fighters broke off of their attack runs and swung around to intercept the New Dawn. Unfortunately, they flew into the range of an overlooked auto turret and were both reduced to smoldering debris drifting through space. The other Autobots were all too occupied with avoiding the the rest of the energized death the station was spewing at them to offer any assistance.
David was making his way to Enyo's private landing pad so he could intercept the Sith lord as soon as she arrived. He then felt several presences in the... what ever that was and looked up "Oh crud!" he said "I think I disabled the power going to the guns didn't I?" he asked Scrappy "Yep" the droid beeped "Your cheerfulness is anoying at a time like this, you are aware of that right?" the droid beeped
"Yep!"
"I was afraid of that"
((fine, fine ))
If you ain't first, you're last.
(I wish you would have asked before posting that, NN. I'm just going to disregard that post. Of course it's possible, David's a Force god after all.)
Death waved her scythe in the air jubilantly and disappeared from the view of mortal eyes. Lisan's body reverted to its former appearance when the knife pierced her, her eyes and hair changing back to brown and losing their fiery glow. Death waited impatiently by the body and finally begin poking Lisan with her scythe. Finally a misty form emerged and there was a flash of fiery light shaped like a bird of prey.
SO EVEN IN DEATH, YOU STILL ATTEMPT TO CLING TO THE PHOENIX FORCE, TRYING TO PREVENT IT FROM ESCAPING YOUR FEEBLE FORM. WICKED AND TROUBLESOME WOMAN, I SHALL ENJOY ESCORTING YOU TO YOUR FINAL DESTINATION.
Death and Lisan's immortal soul vanished from this plane of existence, leaving behind the distinctive scent of sulfur.
"Well, that was . . . exciting. And now the Empress-Droid-Thing is probably going to fire up the ship production to defend herself against whomever is currently attacking," Ordana grumbled as she gathered up her knives. "Let's just go kill her and get this over with."
-------
"I suppose it's possible I'm insane. They do say insane people never know they're crazy. But Force Ghosts exist on another plane of existence. They see and know things we can't possibly know. And if Maggria says you're Caelan, then you are. Maybe you're the crazy one and you've just forgotten who you really are," Allyn responded.
Right about then dozens of Geangrai ran by screaming and babbling about the escape pods. The ship started to rock and shudder as the orbital weapons platforms surrounding Orran activated and fired on the New Dawn.
Allyn grabbed one of the passing crew and demanded," What's happening? Where are you all going?"
"One of the bridge crew locked us on a collision course with the palace on Orran. We have to get off of the ship before we burn up in the atmosphere!"
"It's just non-stop action around here,"Allyn commented as he watched the crew rush past. "Well, I suppose we should go find an escape pod and hope we can get to the surface safely."
-------
Hailey growled in frustration as the main power failed and the emergency power kicked on.
"Do I have to go kill him myself?" the pop star demanded.
"I don't think you have to worry about that. There's a Geangrai capital ship ten minutes away from crashing into the surface of Orran. There's no chance of it being utterly destroyed. At the very least, we'll suffer catastrophic damage to the palace."
"That's just wonderful. At least it'll spar Enyo the effort of killing me."
