(Slightly)
Shono speed along as a motorcycle up front as near to Warpath as he dared to get the colony leader who to Shono and most of the younger percentage of Autobots was like the grumpy teacher who everyone made fun of but no one really disliked. Anyways his curiosity got the best of him and he dared say "Think their bluffing?" not necessarily to Warpath but to everyone... Even though the question was directed to him.
The Aftermath
John easily blocked Mathew's attack and the met in a fury of sparks before the force of the blow pushed them apart. Then Mathew spun away; swinging his sword in a deadly circle as he did. He jumped at John again, grasping his sword over his head as he did, but as he was about the land the blow he switched the angle of the blade so that it would come across John's stomach. The ruse was no good as John blocked that strike as well, John then began his own attack; which composed of many sort blows used to control the opponet rather than beat him to a pulp.

Alexander swung his sword at Ellie with a battle cry, he softened his blow a little bit so her sword wouldn't fly into the next kindom.

Nate's jaw was tight as he listened, for a brief moment considering what the teen heartthrob was saying and its possible authenticity. But Waters' mention of the hospital brought him back to earth--with a crash.

"Now I know you are lying," he impulsively snapped, not even hearing the rest after what Tyler said of the "hospital incident." "Dotty had no best friends when she was younger or even now! She has me; this is how I know you're lying."

Slapping the cell close, Nate ended the conversation with an aggravated snarl. He was no where closer to finding his foster sister than before, but he was not going to listen to anymore lies.

There was a long wait before Principle Bernard opened the door. Her hair was straightened up, but she was still in her bathrobe.

"Yes?" she asked, not immediately recognizing the young man at her front door and obviously annoyed with being disturbed. "Can I help you?"

Alyson raised an eyebrow. "Newsflash, Nathan," she said in a slightly exasperated tone. "You're not the center of Dotty's universe. She did had friends when she was in the orphanage. At least, a friend. Tyler Waters. The guy you just hung up on and our only chance of finding Dotty."

Reaching over, she snatched up the phone and redialed the number.

"Hey Ty, it's me this time. Mmhmm, the annoying reporter who wrote your life's story in the newspaper." She paused, listening. "Right, we're trying to find out where Dotty is." She rolled her eyes. "Well obviously if we've looked in all the places we know about we wouldn't be asking you know would we? That's better. Mmhmm. Monstropolis Community Church? Okay, thanks. I'm sorry about Nate by the way. He's a little frazzled to say the least. No, no, don't worry about it. We'll take care of it. Okay. Thanks again. Bye."

She hung up the phone and dropped it into her purse. Standing, she made her way toward the door. "Ty mentioned having gone with Dotty to a Monstropolis Community Church once. He said she might be there although it's a long shot. Come on." Without waiting for him, she exited the coffee shop and hailed a taxi cab.

Ty stared down at his phone, thinking over his options. He was really worried about Dotty now, but after their last confrontation . . . he was not entirely sure he could go looking for her. But then thinking of this man Nate who was obviously unstable . . . who knew if he was really looking out for Dotty at all?

With a sigh, he made his way out of his hotel room and down to the lobby to call a taxi.

"Hi Principal Bernard. I'm here to pick up MJ," Chase said awkwardly. "Um, the girl that just came in? Yeah." He stuffed his hands into his pockets and tried to look as innocent as possible.

At Alyson's sudden defense for the movie star, Nate opened his mouth to protest but had to clamp back his retort as she recalled Tyler. He sullenly remained quiet as she talked on the phone and when she left he followed after her.

"What are the odds of that happening?" he all but borderline demanded her to explain that to him. "That she happens to be, once upon a time, a friend to a famous movie star. Sorry if I have a hard time believing that, but that's a little far fetched."

When the cab arrived he opened the door and let Alyson before climbing in himself.

The principle raised an eyebrow. "You are?" she inquired, having not realized she was now holding a pick up service. She didn't have to wonder if he had anything to do with this prank.

Alyson glanced sidelong at Nate as she slid into the taxi cab and gave the name of the church to the driver.

"You ever wonder how Dotty knew so much about Ty Waters to give me his life's story in order for me to put it in the newspaper?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.

"We're all connected somehow. After all it's a very small world." She smirked faintly.

"Yeah, so if you'll like, let her come out here, we'll just go and get out of your hair." Chase said. "Lovely hair by the way," he added with as charming a grin as he could get when nervous to the bone.

Aftermath
Ellie could tell Alexander softened his blow, and was glad he did. As it was she nearly dropped her sword, and only avoided that by giving with the blow bit, more of a dodge than a block. She stepped back and prepared herself for a moment before quickly trying to get past Alexander's sword, to no avail. He anticipated her move and easily blocked it, spun around and tried to get a blow in before Ellie got her balance back, but she was just in time and quickly ducked.

A (Slightly) Less Normal Life

A satisfied smile flickered over Jakov's lips. Without bothering to thank the Autobot, he climbed into the seat, waving away his bodyguards dismissively.

"Wait by the ship," he told them.

Exchanging a look briefly they did what he said with obvious reluctance.

I wondered if Booky was going to post for Drake or not, since that seemed to be who we were waiting for.

The Aftermath
Mathew kept blocking John's sword before jumping back out of the reach from John's shorter sword and recooperated himself for a second before jabing at John who jumped aside and smacked his sword to the ground where it stuck in the mud. Mathew then jumped over a swing at his legs before diving at John's legs, taking him down and causing him to drop his sword. So they were forced to westle each other to the ground.

Alexander then swung his giant sword over his head towards Ellie who was verable since she had ducked and was off balance.

(Slightly)
Matthew turned to Kale and said "Follow those men" Kale's face brightened as she relised that she was being given her first solo assinment and then said "Yes sir" and turned away after the two men "And Kale?" she turned and said
"Yes master?"
"Be careful"
"Yes master" she turned again and walked away.

Aftermath
Ellie blocked the blow, but Alexander slid his blade down hers, try to knock it out of her hands. "Keep your guard up." he advised as his blade got closer to her hands. She kept her grip, but the blade cut her knuckle and it started to bleed, not heavily but just enough to annoy her. She pushed Alexander's sword off hers and they both stepped back again. This time she attacked first, but stayed just far enough away so that he couldn't reach her, trying to get him to reach out to far.

The Aftermath
John kicked Mathew off his chest, pulled his dagger out of his boot and jumped Mathew. He pressed the knife to Mathew's neck but Mathew grabbed his hands and with his strength he smacked John's face mask with the dagger.

Alexander jumped forward and pulled the same move as Mathew and smashed their swords together into an X shape. Then he smashed his head into her head; causing her nose to bleed he said "Never let your face exposed

Aftermath
Ellie jumped back quickly, and tried to stop the bleeding with her left hand, keeping a grip on her sword with her right. This was getting a lot more intense then a normal sparring practice, but she reminded herself an enemy wouldn't go easy on her either, she had to be ready for anything and everything. After a few seconds she recomposed herself, nose still bleeding, and stood in the ready stance. If Alexander kept going, so would she.

The Aftermath
Alexander let her recompose herself before smacking her sword away from her normal position -from the way she flinched he figured he had jarred her arms- then he hit it from just the opposite direction.

John appeared undaunted by the dagger hitting the steel of his helmet and kept a hold of the dagger just fine. Mathew then summoned all his strength and kicked him over his head, then rolled to the side and grabbed his sword where it stuck in the ground and waited for John to pick up his own.

A (Slightly) Less Normal Life

"Bluffing? No," Warpath replied to Shono. "Lying? I dunno. But I'm gonna find out." The Autobot commander then fell into an uncharacteristic thoughtful silence.

"Alrighty then! Strap yourselves in, and we're out of here!" Solarflare said cheerfully. His rockets roared to life, and in a few moments, they were airborne and enroute to Ditto Metru.

Nate didn’t find her input very amusing, especially now that he had “It’s A Small World” chanting in his mind. He glanced out the window as the cab drove into traffic, dropping the retort he had on the tip of his tongue and reluctantly gave into silent pondering over what she said. He wouldn’t admit that he never thought about how Dotty knew the movie star’s background; he had just thought that she had done some dirty work and blabbed to Alyson out of spite to the world. That would be just like her to do that.

But now he wasn’t so sure if her reasons weren’t more complicated than that.

“If it is the way you think it is,” Nate posed after a while, “then why doesn’t Waters know where she is? Why is she hiding from her ‘friend’ too?” He wasn’t ready to believe any of this to be true—not until he found Dotty and shook the truth out of her—but he was going to fight for what he did believe in.

The principle eyed Chase carefully, suddenly suspicious. “Well, Miss MacShane and I are having a discussion right now. It’s going to take a while...” She paused and then took a step back, opening the door a little wider. “Why don’t you come in and wait inside until we are done?”

Alyson did not answer, for she was wondering the same thing. It did not take long to reach the church. She got out and looked up at the tall building. Taking a deep breath, she walked up to the heavy double doors and pulled one outward. Then she made her way inside to the cool, darkened sanctuary.

Ty's taxi was only a few minutes after Alyson's and Nate's. He hopped out and made his way immediately inside, not stopping to look at anyone or anything.

"Uh, suuuure," Chase said slowly, certain they were both completely and absolutely dead now. He stepped inside the house and hoped the Principal was not one to torture her students before decapitating them.

Jakov settled back and tried to relax. It was hard. His hands clenched and unclenched on his knees.

"Why do you want to go to the Metru?" he asked the man in front of him, even though he figured he already knew the answer.
