I like the fabric, but I am not so sure if I like the dress pattern

There's a brief shot of this dress at 3:52 in this featurette. Some new details—the sleeves are longer than I expected, almost elbow length. They're split on the outer part of the arm, and they look like they have some kind of adjustable tie or bow that's bunching the fabric up on that side.
^ It's such a pretty dress! I really want to find a dress or make one like it!

edit: it's interesting to note the porcelain figure has given her yellow shoes!
