Very soon my class will be having medieval feast(a six-course meal with skits in-between courses); I need to find myself a costume, and FAST! I was thinking of doing a dress like susan's archery dress from LWW, but am not positive on it yet. Could someone leave suggestions please?

Are you going to buy or make this dress? I bought a pattern the other day that you could probably use. If not I'd say all the Narnian costumes so far are pretty medieval and as they're only 4 pieces of material that could be reasonably easy to make. Not a sewing person, fancy dress shop's really your only hope.

I'll probably make it. What was the pattern you got?

It was a burda pattern 2493 (Josephine) There are two dresses, dress B is regency like but it's quite medieval with dress A over the top, I had a look for some other patterns and There are some simpler ones out there.
Just had a look at another post by little lion tamer and simplicity 2573 is really narniaish/ medieval as well.
