^ In the super trailer Caspian is told to follow the blue star. In the trailer she turns into a blue star. I think that that answered our questions to whom the blue star is loud and clear.

I think that she might have an appearence before the Island, because in both the trailers they show her. I also think they are trying to make up for Susan/Caspian thing by making Lilliandil Caspians true love and Susan was just a crush, oh and Daughter_of_Ramandu i agree i think it would be cool for her to have an apperance like that too 
I really just cant wait to see Lilliandil and Caspian in the movie
