Not necessary if she already has a small role in the book. And seeing that the kids may still be young by the time the film ever comes out, maybe we'll see their Adult counterparts again like on LWW. Georgie's big sister is gorgeous!!!

I see I agree w/ most of yall. Lucy doesn't need a suitor. Susadash and Aracor is enough!

No, she should not. It would detract from the at least two other romantic plots. It would be way too much red herring and tangent. They need to focus on Aravis x Cor and on the futile attempts of Rabadash to court Susan.
Maybe it could be so a boy has a huge crush on her but she's not interested...that might be kind of funny to watch.
No, that would be annoying and gross to watch. I know the type of thing you're talking about - some poor sod making a fool of himself, trying to get Queen Lucy to return his feelings/notice him. Sorry, just a big no.
And Lucy/Tumnus sickens me completely.
I'm not trying to offend anyone, I just have very strong feelings on this.

Lucy is barely even in the story until the end. Why does she even need to have a suitor? Susan has a suitor and that development is relevant to the story. Even, Aravis/Cor can be played up a little to show how the romance will begin. Why does Lucy have to have a suitor or have her prominence in the film increased in any way?
One of the characters could mention Lucy had suitors, that way it's known she was in fact popular with the boys and it wouldn't distract from the main story. Both sides win, yes?
But how does Lucy's 'suitability' have any relevance to the story? Why must it be there at all?
^^ Maybe to make her seem more equal with Susan? I'm not sure...
In my opinion, considering what they did in VDT, it might be better that she doesn't have suitors. It would explain a lot of the jealousy she had for her sister...

I don't think they should give Lucy a suitor. They already have SusanRabadash and AravisCor. I'd much rather see them really explore and develop those relationships rather than have to many and not be able to develop them at all. Giving Ed something might be ok, as long as it was more background. Ultimately though the movie shouldn't be focused on romance, and I'm afraid if they have to many that's what will happen.
I voted it might just happen because you never know but I think it shouldn't be a major plot point if it happens, Lucy hardly appears. In keeping with the book she might have one because "all the princes of that part wanted her as their princess"
