"Peter!" Jen ran up to him and hugged him tightly. "Are you okay? Is Justin okay? I came here as fast as I could..." Jen stopped, panting. She wore a look of concern for both Peter and Justin.

Peter looked at Jen and gave her a quick hug "Jen!" he exclaimed then shook his head "I can't explain now! PLease JUstin" he grabbed Jen's hand and JUstin's arm "Hurry!"

Brian had run off to help the officer subdo david. He tried to grab the gun away from him

Justin and Jen ran after Peter, to Justin's house. Shocked, Maralyn asked, "What happened?"
Justin leaned over a table. "David was trying to shoot me...I think he was trying to take me to prison, but then I saw a police officer wrestle with him."
Peter pulled out a chair for Justin to sit on. "David is a fraud, Justin."

Peter then pulled out one for himself. "He has been the whole time. He's a wanted criminal posing as a FBI agent. You don't have to go to prison!" he exclaimed

Miley came rushing down the stairs, where she had still been crying for Justin. She had a tissue pressed to her nose. " Justin!" she exclaimed and ran to him giving him sisterly hug "I heard a gun shot!" she said making a face her cheeks red and puffy

David struggled for the gun the officer and him wrestling on the side walk. One minute he would have it the next minute the cop would have it. Suddenly Brian rushed in and tried to help the officer get the gun. He reached and tried to grab it but David shouted

"Get back kid your gonna get sho-

The gun then went off, because one of them had pulled the trigger and Brian was hit and fell to the ground with a cry.

Justin felt relieved, he didn't have to go to prison. Then, his blood started to boil, causing him to hunger for a punching bag that he could punch right in the center. "Why did David do that? I've been worrying about Maralyn, you, Miley. I've been worrying about Sarah not liking me when I came back. I'm been worrying like a girl over my hair. Why would he do this to me?"

The cop read the Miranda rights to David, then put a finger in the hole where Brian was shot. He spoke into his radio. "We got our man. A kid was shot."

Peter made a face, which showed he was happy for Justin but angry at the same time. "I don't know" he snarled then took a deep breath "He'll be going to prison now...and HIS hair will get shaved off"

Miley hugged her brother tighter "You don't have to leave!" she cried in happiness for him.

Brian was doubled over on the side walk clutching his bulllet wound. "Ah...." he gasped "Help someone" he cried biting his lip his hands beginning to get soaked with blood.

David struggled with the officer as he he placed the handcuffs on his hands "Let me go!" he growled

Justin gave his sister a hug and a kiss on the forehead. "I sure don't." Then, he looked to Peter. "Want to come with me to find out why he did that?"

The cheif yelled into his radio, "Get someone over here, NOW or you will answer to me when I get back!"

There was an answer on the other end of the radio "We are sending some one over right now chief" the communicator said.

The chief held onto David as he struggled with him. "Let me go I say! Let me go!!!" He didn't want to go to prison. He knew he was going for years. He didn't want to go.

The pain was so much Brian began crying a little. He felt like passing out. "Help..." he gasped.

Peter nodded "Yes" he sounded just as agngry as Justin. Well...hye had almost sent his favorite cousin to prison

As soon as the boys left, Maralyn said, "Wow, I never saw him so angry. Not even when Peter made him almost go all day without his medicine that he needed." She prayed that they wouldn't do or ssay somethign they would regret later.
Jen said, "I saw Peter that angry when I was with Levi at the mall."

Justin rushed towards David with Peter. "I want to know why you did this and How on earth did you get information about Peter's past?"

David was pretty angry himself he glared at Justin and spit at his foot. "I just did....I had ways of finding out." he said through his teeth. "You ruined it....you were going to go to jail" he pulled at the officer "Now i'll go to prison and never see my sister again" he said glaring at him

Peter then looked over and saw Brian "BRIAN!" he exclaimed rushign to his friend "He shot you!!! HE SHOT YOU!" he said tears of anger welling up.

Brian looked up at him "Peter" he gasped out, he looked at his hands which were covered in blood.

Peter was so angry. He wenting flying back at David. "LET ME AT HIM!!!!" he said wanting to punch David

Justin asked, "Why did you want me in prison?" He stood there, waiting for an answer when Peter want flying towards David. Quickly, he held his cousin back. "Help the paramedics put Brian on the stretcher." Then, he turned to David, "David you better give me an answer."
Peter nodded, deciding it was best not ot let his anger get in teh way of better judgement. He turned to David. "You better answer my cousin. He let you off easy and you wanted to take him from me, his sister, his brother, his wife and hsi new baby girl. And you wanted his hair shaved off." Then, he yelled, "And you shot my best friend!" With that, he truned away, rushing to BRian's side. He turned to a Paramedic? Can I ride with him? Will he die?"

The Parimedic moved to brian and put him on the stretcher, carrying him over to the ambulance. "You can ride with him if you want, but you must stay out of the way" he said gently to him, putting him into the back. The medic hopped in and began working on Brian. He put a patch of her wound and an IV in his arm. "Your gonna be alright Son....hold on now" he said

Brian nodded painfully, with a tight expression "Call my Mom...tell her" he whispered

David just looked away from Justin not answering him "I don't haveto say anything to you...you thief....you...." he snarled at him

Peter asked, "Do you have your phone? I could call her." He hoped Brina's mom would not blame him and wasn't so sure that this wasn't his fault. Still, they were guys and needed to protect his cousin.

Justin ran a hand through his dark hair. "What?"

David kicked the floor wanting to punch him "You hurt my sister. She's in jail becuase of you.....Yeah, in jail, locked up becuase of what you made her do. Do you even rememder her?" Daivd breathed in an angry voice "They cut her hair....she cries everyday...." he glared at Justin "I wanted to put you in prison make you know what she feels!!!"

Brian nodded "It's in pocket.....call her please..."

Peter gently dug his way into Brian's pocket and dialed his mom's number, hoping she wouldn't be mad. And just how does one tell someone their son was shot?

Stunned, Justin wondered if that was what the nightmare about Miley was about. "I have been in juvenile detntion center and jail. I am sorry about what happened to your sister, but I have to go." He took of running, leaving DAvid to be led away by the police. When he got home, Jen asked, "Where's Peter?"
Justin siad, "He is at the hospital with Brian. David shot Brian."
