Justin groaned. "He's not like that anymore." He looked the man square in the eyes. How long do I have to go without him?"

Peter kicked at the dirt. "All we have to do is find more evidence he doesn't have to go to prison. Then, we will show this to the cops. If they are so smart about double jeopardy, then why are they after him?" Peter shook his head. "I don't get it."

David chuckled and raised an eye brow. "Well....until me and my boss make the decision if you go to prison or not!" David looked at him for a long minute "Listen Me, Mr.Thomas." he said "I'd watch out if I were you." he then spun on his heal and left the house.

"Neither do I...it isn't right. HEY PETE!" Brian exclaimed suddenly getting the a brain storm

Peter whirled around, short hair splashing across his forehead. "Yeah?"

Chloe shook her head, as the man rushed out the door. "I guess I'll have to tell Peter." Sadness for her brother in law filled her eyes.

"This is impossible. Justin has already served his time and you can't try some one again for the same offense! This whole thing has to be corrupt!!! THe REAL FBI wouldn't make such a stupid mistake. Not on their life. " Brian was pacing and talking loud "What's the name of the new agent they have on him!? do you know?"

Justin, after David was long gone from his house, almost dropped the plate of food he had on the floor, but managed to set it on the end table near his bed. He collasped on the matress of his bed and heard Chloe's worried voice calling out his name. But he didn't respond back. He began crying and shook his head whispering "No...no no..." as he fell into a tormented sleep.

Peter thought for a minute. "I'm not sure." He called Justin's house, to find out the name of the agent. Then they could get that person busted. He heard Maralyn's sad whisper. "Maralyn? Hey, I think teh person trying to track down Justin might be a scam. Can you give me his name?"
He heard Maralyn's suprised voice answer, "David Carter. Why would someone do this to us?"
Peter asked, "I don't know. But Brianand I are headed to teh station to find out. Just don't do anythign wreckless okay? Anyone with you besides justin?"
Maralyn's voice was still shaky. "Miley and Chloe."
Peter answered, "Good. Stay with them and make sure they stay with you."
After saying bye and hanging up, Peter turned to Brian. "His name is David Carter."

The sounds of buzzing increased, as a laughing barber was shaving most of Justin's hair. "This is what you deserve for stealing. I'm going to steal your hair like you stole everything else." Dark hair dropped to teh floor, along with tears.

"NO NO!!!! MY HAIR!!" Justin screamed in his nightmare "No no no....Maralyn....Peter Miley...Sarah!" he cried swinging blindly as he felt all his hair being cut off. Tears streamed down his face as he tried to stop them.

"david carter..." He echoed back what Peter said "good. Let's go down the police and have them do a backround check on him. It's not to far from here so let's ride bikes. I have mine" he said

Peter grinned, "Sounds good. Let me get mine. Stay here." He rushed to Miley's(his new home) to to get his bike and helmet, then rushed back on his bike to Brian's. When he got there, he said, "Ready."

Justin shot up to his own screams. Good for now. He was still with Maralyn and Miley. For now. Tears streamed down his face at not being able to see them for three years. Sarah wasn't born yet and he would miss her. He ran a hand through his hair, glad it was still there for now. He looked around the room, making sure there was no one with a razor. When he didn't see anyone, he went back to sleep, asking God to let him be with Peter.

As Justin fell back asleep he heard a famillear voice calling out his name. Again and again it called for him until it was loud enough it was hurting his ears. Justin knew the voice was Peter's and he wirled around in his dream to where Peter was being drug by the arms away from him. "THEY"RE GOING TO CUT MY HAIR!!! JUSTIN HELP! JUSTIN!" he was calling his older cousin's name and Justin just couldn't reach him. He was frozen in place until Peter faded from view. Then everything was black and he heard crying "Justin Justin!!" he heard Peter's voice saying.

Brian nodded and they took off down the sidewalk on there bikes heading toward the station. "I'm sure this will prove Justin's innocence, Peter" Brian said as they rode "Then it won't be him going to jail it will by David Carter"

Still in his nightmare, Justin tried to move towards teh voice. "Justin, please make them stop! My hair was just growing back!" He could hear loud screaming and crying, and heard razors and laughing. He could hear David say to Peter, "No, I am not cutting it off. I'm shaving it off!"
Justin yelled, "No, Leave him alone!" He could hear Peter's crying get louder and louder.

When they finally got to the office, the rushed in. Peter handed the paper to teh cop in charge.

Maralyn turned to Miley and Chloe. "Peter thinks David may be a scam." She walked closer to the table. "But I don't think it is, I mean why woudl someone do something like that?"

"Justin stop them...Justin please!!!!!" Peter cried "JUSTIN PLEASE!!!!

"PETER!!!!!" Justin yelled jerking up in bed sweating "Peter..." he looked around, his younger cousin no where in sight "Peter...." he realized it had all been another nightmare. He shook his head shaking as he laid back down pinching his eyes shut praying a silent prayer to God. He slowly fell back asleep.

THe officer looked up "What's this?" he read it and shrugged laying it on the desk "Alright...Double Jeporady. so what?"

In his nightmare, Sarah stood there, frozen when he got out fo jail. He walked up to her and she started crying. "Go away!" She kept telling him that over and over.

Peter said, "The FBI supposedly sent a guy named David Carter after my cousin to put him back in jail for crimes he's already been tried and spent time for."

Justin felt warm tears running down his cheeks in flowling lines "No Sarah....please i'm your father honey" he begged her kneeling before her and trying to hug her but she cried even harder and began screaming for Mommy. "No Sarah...baby come here!" he sobbed as she escaped his grasp. "NO SARAH!!" he got up and ran after his fleeing daughter. He than ran and was caught by David and another man that began dragging him back to prison away from his little girl "SARAH!!!!!!!! NO NO!!!!" He struggled and screamed "NO SARAH COME BACK TO ME!!! I'm your father!"

"SARAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Justin woke up screaming he was sobbing and he fell from his bed onto the floor with a thud. "SARAH!!!! MARALYN!!!"

THe officer raised an eye brow "Who you say? david carter?" he got up and went to a filing cabinet. He searched around then pulled out a file and put it on the desk reading through it.

Feeling like they were getting somewhere, when he oulled out a file, Peter sat in a blue leather chair. He prayed that Justin would not have to go to prison and that David will be found out.

Hearing the screaming, Miley rushed to his room. "Justin! Justin!"

But Justin could not hear her, as he fell back to sleep. In his nightmare, someone was taking Miley captive, threatening to cut her hair.

"David Carter has been wanted for theft and attempted man slaughter for three years now" The officer said grimly "Do you know him?" he asked pulling out a picture of him and laying it on the desk. "It would be a help to us if you could tell me where he is. And if he's threatening your cousin I'd be glad to help." he said standing.

She was screaming and crying and calling for him as they drug her away and tied her up to a chair. "JUSTIN Help me!!!! Please Justin save me!!" she was screaming in the nightmare. The poeple then began cutting her hair and he tried to reach out and stop them.

"Stop it now!!!!" He cried grasping at one of the guys arms.

One of them then pulled a gun and shot him. He felt the bullet hit and he went flying backward. He heard Miley screaming his name, but then he heard her just screaming.

"MILEY!!!!" he woke up yelling. He had fallen back asleep on the floor " Miley Miley!!!"

Miley rushed to his side, kneeling beside him. "Ssh. Justin!" She shook his arm. "I'm here. I'm right here." She rubbed his face, as his eyes opened. Hugging him close, she asked, "Are you okay?"

Peter answered, "He has been threatening him and saying his cases from his past have been reopened. Actually, it was first siad by a man named Kevin Green, but he disapppeared and now the FBI supposedly sent David to him."
