The lot where they parked was close to the door and there was a few windows open so you could heard sounds from inside. Miley then heard crying coming from one of the ground floor windows along with the sound of beating.

The telecommunicater on the other end finally answered. "Yes?"

Justin held his wife close in his arMs, resting his head on her shoulders. Hearing the faint cries form the orphanage, he prayed for their safety. The police were going to come, but ti would just be to rescue the orphans. Still, he ducked as he heard the sirens.

Nate sighed "look Pete I have to get to the funeral... Bye" he said as he jogged up to his room and got dressed.

That evening, Peter and Lyn packed up and went to live with Miley and her parents. They could not take the fact that the FBI forgot that Justin only went to court because he was saving Nate and Kevin's lives. Still, Justin ahd told him that there may have been some crimes he wasn't in juvie or jail long enough for. Still, they decided it would be better to live with Miley instead, since Miley was peter's cousin.

Justin was helping Maralyn to bed, when he got a call. THe speaker said, "Hello. Is this Justin Thomas?"
Justin groaned, "Yeah, it's me."
The speaker siad, "We are calling to inform you that we have assigned a different person to watch you, but will not tell you who."
Justin asked, "Why do I need to be watched?"
THe speaker said, "You know why." THen, hung up.

Nate and Kevin met up as they went to the funeral only to be met by a most interesting figure appeared for the first time in any ditto town story, the force ghost of David Benedict, who said "Your time in Sunrise of Life is over; you shall depart and go to the Ditto universe. This world has been a training ground for you and now that you have both mastered your combat skills you shall go to Ditto Town" as he finished a hole in the ground appeared and the fell right into it, and that was the last they were seen by anyone in the Sunrise universe.

The next day, some knocked on the door of the Thomas house. Justin's wife maralyn let him in when he asked to speak to her husband. The man was wearing dark clothes, and tipped his head to her as she escorted him to her husband's room. The man entered as Justin turned to see him.

"Justin thomas" he said standing in the door way, then closing it behind him "I want to talk to you alone" he said in a cold voice.

Justin ran a hand through his hair, feeling his insides start to shake at the coldness of the man's voice. "Yes?"

Maralyn was in the other room, praying for her husband. She asked GOd to protect him and give him the right words.

"I am the one appointed to watch you. My name is David. I believe yesterday my superior called you, and told you they had assigned another person to watch you." David said beginning to walk back in forth staring at Justin. "I'm here to explain why. We discovered, back after your crimes were committed the time you spent in jail was too little for the nature of sentence you recieved" taking a breath he continued "In plain words, it mean you are very likely going back to jail" he let his wors sink in and continued. "But, there is one thing, I'm watching you. I'm watching you to see whether you really have changed. Whether you've straigtened up. What and who you associate with. Those type of things" David stopped and stared at him. "what I see and hear about you will determine how much time you spend in jail THIS time."

Justin furiously ran a hand through his hair. It probably would be the last itme he had any to run his hands through for a while. He felt the blow to his stomach, as he thought about his little girl having to grow up without her dad. "Sir, my wife and I are going to have a baby. PLease don't take me away from them."

David clenched his jaw. "I'm not here to worry about your wife and baby. I'm here to put you back where you belong" it seemed what Justin had said almost made him agnry. Taking a breath he calmed down a bit. "I don't make the rules, I do my job and do it well. I give reports and my boss decides whether we put you back in the pen. But..." he come back with more words. "It depends on what I report"

Justin winced at what the man said. What would become of Maralyn and the baby? Maybe Peter could take care of them? Or Ryan? Maybe they both could? He walked over ot a window, looking at the cloudy sky. Then, he turned back to David. "I am a youth pastor now. And I hang out with my family and we share the same friends."

"that's fine" he said. Then David's expression softened some. "Listen, I know your concerned about your family. But don't worry we are not after them. Plus I'm sure your wife will be fine. Your time shouldn't be longer than 3 years" he said eyeing him. "but I can never tell you for certain. It all depends. It could be longer or shorter." David put his hand on the door preparing to leave

Justin stared after the man, hands in hair. Sure, if he didn't spend enough time in juvie or jail for his crimes, he should spend more time, unless God has other plans. He tearfully said to David, "Three years?"

"Yes Mr. Thomas. It very well could be three years." David said. He stared at Justin, who had his head in his hands. "I'm sorry, but that's the way it maybe. You'll be losing all that hair if you do go." David rubbed his own dark hair which was thick. "I'm glad I'm not that one" he said then left Justin; nodding to Maralyn and leaving the house.

Abigal awoke, after hours of painful surgeys. She didn't know how long it had been since the car crash. She didn't even know where she was. She shook her head then let out a small whimper. She hurt all over, "Where am I?"

"Home at a friends" said her boy friend's kind voice, Andrew. "The doctor let you come home Abby. We are staying with Amanda" He looked at her "You got alot of casts but you'll be okay"

Abigal made a face, opening her eyes. "Are you alright Andrew?"

"I'm walking with canes but i'm no worse for the wear" he then sighed and carressed her hands "i'm sorry..." he said tears in his eyes.

Abigal shook her head. "It's not your fault. Hows Amanda? can I talk with her?"

"Yeah. Hey Mandy come here! Abby's awake she wants to talk to you!" he called out.

Amanda rolled over in her wheelchair to Abigal. She really wished she could get up and run to her friend, especially when she saw all the casts on Abigal. "Oh Abby! Are youokay?! What are we going to do abou tthe wedding?"

Justin held on to his own hair, tears in his eyes. He would not look good with his head shaved or with super short hair like he had last year.

Behing David's back, Maralyn glared at the man for hsi comment towards Justin, tehn rushed to his side. "Oh Justin!"
