Miley was in the corner with Chrissa not sure what to do or say. When they say Peter and Jen come in, they rushed to them

"You must stop him!" Cried Chrissa

The little girl, who was Natasha was crying, and tried to struggle away from the man "I didn't do anything wrong...please oh please let me go!"

Peter could hear the crying in the distance, before he could respond to Jen. Quickly, he dialed 911.

Justin slumped over to his seat, praying that Ian would not have to go to jail for a long time.

The women at the end of the line picked up "This is 911 what is your emergency?" she asked

The Prosecutor called his next witness "Mr. Weatherly will you now come to the stand. He is the owner of the Jewelery store" he said adressing the court

Frantically, Peter blurted, "I'm at the Orphanige on Third Street. THere is a little girl being abused by the leader. Come quickly!"

Mr. Weatherly came to the stand and pointed at Ian. "THat boy stole my jewelry." THen, noticed Ian's haircut. "About time someone robbed his hair."

"Please calm down. Stay on the phone with me. i'll send the police over right away. How old is the girl? what is her condition?" she asked

"OBJECTION!!" Cried Ian's attorny "The witness needs to keep his tongue"

THe Judge pounded on on his desk "Order in the court!!!! Mr. Attorny your object is over ruled. but the witness does need to refrain from such talk."

THe Prescutor nodded "You have already stated this is the boy who stole your necklace. Can you say if anyone was with him?"

Peter closed his eyes, trying to remeber if Miley gav ehim an age. "Uh, maybe 11 or 12?" He saw the startled expression in Jen's eyes as the cries got louder and louder. He quickly put a comforting arm around her.

THe man said, "Yeah some kid. I think his name was Jimmy Swagger."

Natasha was crying and she finally pulled away from the man and ran to miley clinging onto the older, nicer, girl "Save me from him...I did nothing wrong"

Jen came running up to the guy "You just stop it you!!"

"alright. Who broke the glass on the case? did you see?" the prosecutor asked

The man answered, "I believe Jimmy did."

The guy turned to Jen, and started after her.

Peter saw this and said, "Hurry!" Then, he rushed inside, in front of the man, protecting Jen. "Over my dead body."

the Prosecutor made a face, and nodded. "So Jimmy broke the glass. After that, what happened? did Ian or jimmy actually carrying the necklace outside? Or did you catch them?"

"Fine then!!" the man said and riased his fist to punch Peter.

Jen gasped "PETER!"

The man answered, "The boys seemed to be arguing, then Ian took the necklace."

Peter fet a punch on his cheek, as he fell to teh ground and dropped his cellphone. The case of the phone fell off and Peter felt his face his the ground. He saw the man advance towards Jen, when Peter stuck out his foot to trip him.

"So Ian took the necklace" the Prosecutor repeated. "Alright. Thank you, counselor you may cross examine" He said gesturing to Ian's lawyer.

The attorny stood and went to the front "Mr. Weatherly, where were you at the time of the robbery? In the back? At the desk?"

He stumbled, knocking into Jen who toppled backward and landed on the floor with a thud and a cry. Chrissa stepped forward to help the others.

Peter yelled, "No! Jen! He struggled to get himself up limping towards Jen. "No! Jen. He held her in his arms stroking her hair. "Try to keep your eyes open, okay?" He tried ignoring the pain in his own head and the left side of his body. He kissed Jen on the forhead. "Stay awake, whatever you do, do not go to sleep."

Weatherly said, "I got it all on camera."

"So does that mean you were in the back tapping the whole thing?" Asked the lawyer trying to get the events that happened that night strait.

Jen nodded, but her lip was bleeding. When her head had hit the floor, her teeth had hit her lip, causing it to bleed. She touched it gently and looked at Peter "I'll be okay....I think"

Chrissa stood up to the man as he rose to his feet once more. "Stay back!" she cried

The man yelled, "We have hidden cameras stupid!"
Justin sat from his seat. "Hey, shouldn't the guy be in trouble for calling Ian's lawyer that?"

Peter saw the blood on Jen's lip. "Kiss me." He put his lips on hers, trying to stop the blood flow. He felt sort of weird, like Edward Cullen from Twilight but needed to stop the bleeding.

"Order in the court!" Pounded the Judge. "There will be no more out breaks like that from the witness" he said sternly

The attorny nodded and cleared his throat "Hidden Camera's? Alright. Tell me, after they robbed the store and Ian took the necklace; What did you do next? Call they authorities?"

The man, who was breathing hard, reached for Chrissa's arm "Get out of here....all of you" he raved madly
