Miey nodded. "Good idea." She quickly dialed Peter's number.

Brian put up his hands "Whoa i'm really glad to be in bandages now" he chuckled "Not really, I'd really like to have a pillow fight"

Peter then heard Miley's ring tone on his cell. He flipped it open and cleared his thorat "Hey Miley anything wrong?"

The DA looked astonished at the witnesses answer. "You may step down." he said in a disgusted voice. Then called "Will Justin Thomas please come to the stand"

Ian looked up and thought 'so he is here to testify against me...'

Miley said in a frantic voice, ""Remember the little girl you met at the park? She's being abused!"

FInally, Justin got ot the stand and said,"Look, another guy was with him and let him take all the blame. He told me all this and told em he was going to turn himself in. My cousin was about to help him turn himself in, when Kevin Greene arrested him."

"what?" he exclaimed taking a breath of hair. He looked embarressed as Jen and Brian stared at him "Judst a minute" he said to them then moved into the corner of the room "Start from the beginning Miley." he said calmly

"I Object!" The Ian's attorny called "He is threatening the witness"

"Sustained. Please keep your line of question proper Mr. Proseutor" The Jugde said

Justin was relieved Maralyn was not going to have to endure this. He sat quietly, waitigng for the man to ask.

Miley took a breath of air as well, as she found a more remotes spot in the shelter. "Natasha is fromthe orphanage an dhte headmaster is abusing her. Chrissa and I want to help, but don't know what to do. Could you come help us?"

"Whoa whoa....abusing her?" Peter was astonished that anyone would do such a thing to a little girl "How so??" he asked wanting to get all the details

Justin wrinkled his nose at the sight of such an ugly necklace. "He said he was going to turn it in. You can't blame him for being afraid. And that necklace is out of style anyway."

"That isn't asnwering my question Mr. Thomas. Did he or did he not confess to the crime of stealing this necklace?" The Prosecutor said with a egded tone.

Peter made a face, trying to decide what to do. He wasn't exactly old enough to do much, Brian was injured Jen was with him. He had to protect her. "Alright Miley-um- stay calm I'll be there as quick as I can" he flipped his phone down and returned to Jen and Brian. "I'm really sorry Brian I got to run. Miley needs my help. Want to come Jen?"

Looking at the prosecutor, Justin quizzed, "What if he thought he stoel the necklace and the real person who did it ran off, leaving him to take the blame? Then, he repressed the trauma by thinking he did?"

Peter felt a smile tugging his lips when she looked at him like that "Thanks..." he then looked up "I'm really sorry Brian. Tell you what, next saturday I'll come back and we can finish the movie"

"Wait!" Called Ian's attorny "I should get to Cross examine MR. Thomas" he said walking forward. THe DA roled his eyes but nodded,

"Very well Justin Thomas will you please take the stand again"

"To the Orphanage. Miley called me and said that one of the little girl's there is being abused by the head guy there" Peter responded

Justin was about ot leave the stand, then sat back on it. "Okay." He wanted to mouth to Ian how sorry he was this was happening but refrained from it, to avoid either of them looking bad.
