"She's sick. Something made her body sick, she's got a fever among others things. The Baby, I think will be alright and healthy, but it's much to early to tell yet" he said shaking his head "Can you tell me what could have happened? Has anything been stressful...." he asked in a questioning voice

Brian looked up, he tried to smile, but he couldn't really. "I....I will be" he said in a dry voice trying to seem happy. He had a large bandage wrapped around his chest, and a small one on his head. There was a nurse tending to him, mixing up medicines and fluids for his IV.

Justin said, "Alot of stress has actually been happening. There was this guy posing as an FBI agent adn trying to send me to prison and before him this guy i used to be friends with was buying the mess up job."

Jen looked sadly at the bandage on his head. "When will you be able to take that off?"

Brian groaned. "I don't know...." he said his eyes sad and tired. "And I wanted to go to school....." he laid his head back on the pillows.

"That's not good. The stress has probably made her sick." the doctor rubbed his chin. "She needs calm, and peacful. I have some medicine" he said reaching in his pocket and handing the bottle to Ian. "Give her a tea spoon every two hours. This will help"

The next day, Justin walked into the courtroom, as he was really going to testify for Ian. Of course, the DA thinks it's going to be against Ian but he was not willing to betray his friend.

Peter was helping Brian out at his home with JEn. Jen fluffed BRian's pillow for him and Peter asked, "Wanna watch a movie?"

He strode up, where the DA met him and instructed him to sit. Then he whispered to him "You'll be my second witness. All I need you to tell me is what Ian did. Prove that he did this crime, stealing the neckalce, and we'll have him jail before tomorrow morning" he then patted his shoulder and sat in his own chair.

Justin looked over to see the lawyer walk in, with his secretary. Then Ian was led in looking very sad, by two armed guards. They sat him down next to his lawyer but his hands were still cuffed. He looked at Justin for a minute then away again and down at the floor.

Brian smiled a little "Sure..." he said as his Mom came in carrying a bowl of soup and a drink. She glared coldly at Peter, blaming him for her son being shot

Peter felt a little uneasy at Mrs. Brian's mom's glare. Jen saw this too and whispered in Peter's ear. "What's her problem?"
Peter shook his head, gently carressing her hand as a way to tell her they will talk about it later.

Justin silently asked God for wisdom, then said, "He was going to turn the necklace in, sir."

The DA looked back then shrugged "That doesn't make a difference he still stole it, and ran from the police." he then said no more and looked ahead. The Judge entered and everyone stood, then sat again.

THe DA, who was the prosecutor in this case, stood and walked in front of the court. "Today, I am here to proove, that, that BOY" he said pointing to Ian "Stole this neckalce, and there fore ran from the police for three years." he said looking around at all the poeple, and the jury. "And when I do proove this, his time in jail will then be decided." he then sat after he was done.

Ian whispered something over to his lawyer who nodded and patted his shoulder.

Brian's Mom set the tray down in front of him, and patted his hand, giving him a kiss on the cheek "Are you feeling alright?"

"Yes Mom"

"Tired?"

"No Mom."

"Are you sure? You looked tired"

"Yes Mom" Brian said with a chuckled and smiled at her "i'm fine. Justin going to eat this soup, and watch a movie with my friends"

His Mother looked at Peter. "Why did you have to come..." she said in an angry and tearful voice, then stomped away.

Justin argued, "But he can't get much if he was going to turn himself in." He then wanted to say the necklace was ugly anyway but decided not to.

Peter watched as Brian's mom stomped off. He also wanted to know what her deal was, but shrugged. "Let's watch Narnia."

Brian nodded. "Yeah...I love those...which one? The Lion the Witch and The Wardrobe? Or Prince Caspian?"

The DA turned around "I brought you here to testify against him Justin Thomas" he said pointedly "Yes I know exactly who you are and what you've done. I was greatly appriecate it if you would be quite until it's your time to testify" then the Da stood "Now I call my first witness Mr. Kimble"

Chrissa and miley, had decided to go visit the orphanage again. They both missed Natasha and wanted to see her again, plus all the other kids. When they pulled up in the drive, they both got out and went into the building. Going to the desk, Chrissa spoke up this time "Hello sir. We are back to help, since we had some extra time."

The man glared at them, and made a face "I'm not sure if I have anything for you to help with. Let me check" he then turned to some notes on his desk.

Behind the girls, they both heard crying coming from one of the beds. Looking back they saw Natasha peek out, tears running down her cheeks, but she ducked back in again.

Justin asked, "Kimble? that sounds like my sister's cereal!"

Miley's heart went out to the little girl. "Natasha! Sweetie, are you okay?"

THere was a chuckled in the courtroom, and the DA glared at him. Ian looked up at Justin again, then shook his head looking away.

The little girl looked up; she had bruises, fresh bruises, on her cheeks and some on her arms. She clung to Miley, crying ""Help me.." she whispered "He beat me..." she whimpered looking at the head master at the desk.

In the way the sweet girl was looking at the headmaster, she could tell Natasha was being abused. The only way to get her out would be to sneak her out. She rushed over to Chrissa and whispered, "Hey, got a plan to get her out of here?"

Peter cheerfully put in the Prince Caspian movie. Then, he took his seat next to Jen.

Justin wondered why Ian shook his head. Did he do something wrong?

Mr. Kimble said, "I was watching Peter Pan and I heard this noise. and there I saw that boy," he pointed at Ian, "Steal the most scrumptouos necklace."

Justin snorted and muttered, "How could he see that while watching Peter Pan?"

Chrissa turned to Miley, looking at the head "We can't!!" she hissed "That's against the law...and we are too young to adopt her"

The DA heard Justin whisper and glared again before turning back to the witness. "Mr. Kimble. Am I to understand you saw this boy while watching a movie??" he made a face.

Brian looked at Peter "You look happy Pete" he said

Miley thought for a minute. "So what should we do?"

Mr. Kimble answered, "Actually I was walking my dog. Yes, I was walking my dog."

Justin yawned, trying not to fall asleep. When was this trial going to end?

Smiling, Peter said "I am. I'm with you adn my girlfriend. And my hair is to my earlobes in the back"

Brian laughed. "You and your hair" he said good naturedly.

"Make up your mind!" The DA snapped. "What WERE you doing!??" he asked angerly.

"I don't know....she's being abused" Chrissa said looking empathetically at Natasha. "She needs help....maybe we could ask Peter or Justin! They are sure to know what to do!"
