My favorite place to be alone... Likely on our mountain behind our house, I'm working on a paintball course up there. If not there I would be found chopping wood in our backyard. My dad is extremely cautious about these things and makes my siblings stay far away from me.
But my ultimate secret hide out is in the woods, sitting for hours, covered in camo and holding a shotgun in my hand and waiting for a turkey to walk into my sights. Just in time for thanksgiving too.
If you ain't first, you're last.
-My room
- The sunny window sill in the back hallway (preferably reading, writing or drawing)
-In a tree
- My house when its empty and I can just run up and down the empty halls for no reason
- In the woods
- Laying in the grass
- the library (the one in my house not one of the crowded, annoying public ones )
- beside the stream that runs through my woods
Im not inactive just very very busy

I've recently moved to a new house. Unfortunately my room has a defective door nob and no matter if I lock it or not, anyone can open the door by just pushing it. It happens that my mother tends to be very curious and loves to peek into my room. By that I mean that she just bursts in with no warning usually ending in startling me or breaking my concentration. Regardless, my room is still the place I use to be alone I just wish she didn't do that, not because she is bothersome to me, but because she tends to startle me a lot, or wake me up when she should not.

I just want to be hidden in the shadows... this silence; this cold.
lately, one of my favorite places to be alone is taking a walk around my neighborhood by myself. I love to walk and sing and pray as I enjoy God's creation all around me!

I like going into a dark room, and plugging in ear phones, and just sitting there for a really long time. That's usually when I'm super depressed.

I like being alone in the garage of my house. There I can sit on the steps and pray, listen to music, excercise (sp?) a bit, or just relax and think up story / fanfiction ideas.
Much more rarely, I like being alone out in the woods for most of the reasons above, plus it's quiet and the birch trees smell really nice. The only downside is the bugs though, particularily mosquitos.
I need a lot of alone-time. I'm generally a rather shy person, and I loooove solitude. There's something about silence that is just so calming and refreshing, and, though I like people a lot, I need to set several times aside each day to relax, wind down, and recharge.
My favorite places to be alone are in my bedroom and the outdoors. I love my bedroom because it's MY room. Everything is how I want it to be. It's my own, private, personal space, and I feel safe there.
The things I do during this time varies. If I’m feeling energetic, I might go jogging or biking outside. If I'm wiped out, I might take a nap. And if I'm bored, I'll either read, write, draw, listen to music, entertain my cat, or journal. It just depends.
One of my all-time favorites, though, is curling up on the bean bag with a good book and drink in hand and a cat at my feet.
The window by my bed is another favorite spot of mine. When I can't sleep, I'll climb up and sit by the sill, looking up at the stars and listening to the crickets.
Most often, however, I'll go in my room, turn off the lights, and just stare into the darkness. That typically happens after a bad day.

I like driving alone, so I guess I'd say my car is my favorite spot. Especially cause that means I can turn the music up as loud as I want.

I am looking eagerly forward to the day I can drive; the thought of being so alone, in a vehicle (and yes, LOUD music. ) sounds wonderful.

In my living room at home, we have a big bay window. Immediately outside of it is our tiny lawn and some rose bushes. Also visible is a meadow, several oak trees, and mountains in the distance. Some of the mountains I can see are ones that I have climbed so I get a good feeling of accomplishment when I look at them. The window faces the east, so I can watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee. Later in the day, I can get inspiration for stories by watching the antics of our dogs, local squirrels, birds, and sometimes toads and lizards or even the shapes of clouds that drift past. I like to sit in the window to daydream, or match socks (a very soothing task for me), or read, or journal, or go on Narniaweb
