I got some chocolate from friends, but mostly I ate my brother's chocolate. Oh I also wore pink.
That was Valentine's Day for me!

Even though I am married, I still don't really care for Valentine's Day. I guess I just remember all the Valentine's Days I spent single and watching everybody else get gifts However, my husband did surprise me with flowers and chocolate yesterday, which was awesome Anyway, I hope all my friends on Narniaweb had a fabulous Valentine's Day!

lol yesterday I felt really bad for not getting my boyfriend anything except a card plus I'm broke with two dollars and a few pennys. He knows me too much and gave me two heart shaped boxes when Reese's minis in it. I shared it with him becase i felt really bad for no getting him anything big.

For Valentine's this year I planned a "spinster party" for my single girlfriends and I. Some of my friends helped plan, one of them offered her house and decorated it very nicely and one of my other friends came up with some different games to play. One of the games was a Valentine card exchange. Everyone brought a card, signed by a romantic fictional character and they played some sort of exchange game. The cards were signed by Flynn Rider (Tangled), Gilbert Blithe (Anne of Green Gables), The Beast (Beauty and the Beast), Ken (Barbie), etc. They also went out to eat (at Fuddrucker's because Fuddrucker's is awesome) and saw the movie Gnomeo and Juliet.
I did not go to this party because I was sick.

I also planned on going to a sweetheart dance but I didn't because I was sick. Dancing when you are sick seems like an awful rude thing to do.

That was the weekend, on Monday I got two Tuplips, a little balloon thing, a card, and some chocolate from my parents. Had strawberry shortcake, too! I did not participate much in this because I was still something of a sickie.

The one thing I got was a Valentine's card from my grandparents with $6 in it. They always send us money to buy candy. My mom says a Valentines card is on the way from her as well but I haven't gotten it yet.
