People who slow down for green lights. (They know its going to change any second now. And when it sometimes does (because they were going so slow), you realize that if they had just driven normally and at the speed limit, they would have made it through and you and another car would have made it through. Most annoying.)

Racism and people who are purposefully and intentionally culturally insensitive. Read a cookbook that completely turned me off in this means. At least it is refreshing to encounter sensible, respectful people after seeing this.

when I forget to cover the bird cage with a blanket and they wake me up at 4 am with loud squawks (they have this dreadful habit of arguing early in the morning)

Trying to buy new glasses They never have ones like the current ones I have

Last night when i was closing up at work and a customer was telling me not to turn off the lights and went against me when it was time to leave and close up the place, really annoyed me.

Not being able to focus. -_-

I agree about the glasses, BoyScout.
I have the same problem with finding good shoes. I had one pair that was just right in every aspect and they had heaps and heaps of the pair in their inventory - I always ran into them whenever we went to the shop. In the present day, I can't even find anything like them, let alone the actual shoes themselves.

Complete ditto. Had this frustration today.

And, one from me - annoying and costly mistakes caused by negligence.

Typing in loads of details into a travel website (where I want to go, the dates I want to go, how many people travelling, minimum and maximum budget etc. etc.), clicking on Send, then being re-directed to the index page of another search engine which demands I type in the same information all over again.

Not getting enough sleep.

Taking my car in for a service, then when I collect it, finding that the garage mechanics have retuned the preset stations on my car radio to the stations they like, which are all stations playing what they euphemistically call "dance" music.
