ugh me too. I hate it when people text and you're talking to them. So impolite and rude

- People who bash movie that are meant to merely be fun. (really people, not everything has to be on the level of The Godfather or The Dark Knight)

- Most modern pop music (in other words, pop music after 1985)
- Twilight (movies and books)
- People who keep repeating misinformation on a subject....
- Gory horror movies or just horror movies in general.
- Modern culture
- Bluetooth sets (sounds trivial, but I hate the fact that you can never tell if the person is crazy or if they are wearing one of these things.)
- Girls in skimpy outfits.
- Text speak.

I agree, and what's worse is that now lots of girls are doing it, so its hard to find anything modest in the store.

ditto about the first four. I have to say I used to be rather into horror but now I find it repulsive . I still like violent/war movies though . Modern culture is more sad and depressing then annoying . Yes the clothes wear nowadays are rather annoying. I mean, everything's too small and short or low. It can be really hard to find clothes that fit properly these days . By txt spk do u mean tlking like this?

Amen! I love a good slapstick comedy movie from time to time myself...if it's one of the Naked Gun movies, so much the better.

Agreed...no one seems to do their own research anymore.

Now this I don't know about...I agree that gory horror movies are typically unscary and are basically just gross for grossness' sake. But a good horror movie will oftentimes have this at a minimum, or will at least make it so that the bloodshed is appropriate to the moment. As an admission I'm kind of a sucker for zombie movies...I have absolutely no idea why.

I haven't been to the beach in years because of this. Your eyes are going to wander, no matter how hard you try to make them not do this, so I just avoid the issue altogether by not going. But now it's spreading to...well, everywhere. It could be worse though...the ones wearing the skimpy outfits could be 50 lbs. overweight. *shields his eyes*

I so very much agree! Even when I had a cell that texted I'd take the time to spell out complete words...it wouldn't be so bad but many of the people that text tend to carry over their abbreviated spellings "I feel gr8! pH3aR M3" to regular, everyday usage...it's kinda goofy looking stuff.

I think the only reason text talk bothers me is cause I don't understand half of it. Not everyone has a cellphone after all, and even the people who know I don't don't seem to realize that I don't understand it. I agree with you Shadowlander, if I had cell I'd probably just spell most of the stuff out 100%. By the way what does "pH3aR M3" mean out of complete curiosity.

Actually that's hacker speak for "Fear me", so it's not true text speak. The only textese I use is the typical "lol", "brb", and occasionally (if something if funny enough), "rofl".

ROFL! You have no idea how funny this is...or to me at least, because I always wonder if they're just talking to themselves or have a bluetooth set on their ear.

And one more thing to my list,
-when I get the shudders or feel like something's crawling up my back (or worse, all over me) and feel like ant bites. Happens too many times when I'm out on the grass. :S *shudders* And then there's the suspicion that it might not be nothing...

what annoys me is when I am talking with someone, in the middle of the conversation their phone rings and they answer- and begin to talk to the person on the phone without excusing themselves.

It happens to us all at one time or another,
but atleast ask to be excused before answering it- don't leave us mid sentence.
My brother does this to me alot. I get mad and leave him, and never resume the conversation.

^that is really annoying.

Btw, if all you guys are putting girls in skimpy clothes on your list i 'm going to add

who ever put twilight is awsome, I use o like it before it got to over the top and then i got bored of it.

As for text talk, i know what most of them mean but ones that i don't i get really annoyed with since i have no idea what the person is goign on about.
