-One of the worst things ever is to see someone picking their nose. So gross. Yuck. That always drives me insane.

Ooh, another big one is my name. I say it in the most clear way possible and still people don't get it. (It's not a common name, so when I introduce myself with Maggie or Hannah by me, people have to lean in to hear my name...) When they sincerely didn't hear, I understand, but when they're purposely being deaf it annoys me a whole lot. When I was younger, we met some lady in the park and introduced ourselves to her and we went over a row of "What's your name?" "Huh?" "What was that?" for some time until I lost it and spelt out my name loud and long.

Another oen people calling me, dan, yell not dany ell.(i liek it said the second way, way better)
Bella: ugh I know what you mean. I'll tell people my name and they're like "oh so it's Alexandria?" and I'm like "no! Alissandra"....people always manage to forget/mispronounce/mispell/etc my name all the time
some teacher are asking me stuff and i don't notice because they call em sam or lauren or something...
Yeah when I was younger kids used to make fur of my last name cause it sounds just like near, although its not spelled that way.
People mispell and mispronounce my name all the time, mispronouncing doen't bother me that much, but misspelling it does sometimes, especially if its my own relatives who spell it wrong.

I can't stand when someone interrupts me when I'm reading a good book!
once, I was reading a really good but sad book and I was at the climax and my mom called me for dinner and I had been crying because of what was happening to the characters and I had to snap out of it real quick!

^or when watching a movie! I hate stopping a movie at the best part. And having to stop crying
Things that annoy me:
1. I agree with chalk on board, the thought alone gives me shivers.
2. being late, I hate to arrive late for anything, to the point where I usually arrive 30 min to an hour early for things.
2. other people being late and causing things to start behind schedule, This is horrible for me.
3. Having to drive 30min to school/meeting, only to find out it was cancelled and no one bothered to call and inform me of the changed plans.
4. Someone mentioned twi-hards. Now I love the twilight books and movies, nothing spectacular but I must confess they are guilty pleasures and I am not ashamed to admit it. But with that, the fourth thing that annoys me:
Over-obsessive people with any book/movie: LOTR, Harry Potter, Twilight, and even Narnia. Now let me explain. First, even in my opinion, Twilight is not worthy of being mentioned along the others which are superior in every way- but in needs to be mentioned. I love them all, but it's Narnia I am most obsessed with.
The annoying part is the over-obsessiveness when, if you love Narnia you can't love Potter, if you love Potter you can't love Narnia, Narnia being a ripoff of LOTR and so on. Thankfully we don't see this here but do see it in other places, such as IMDb. It's sickening really knocking one over the other repeatedly. It's fine not to like one thing, but to keep reminding the world of it? That's VERY annoying.

yes, I agree! I pretty much love all my obsessions equally, but Narnia is the only one that ranks highest!

When some one sings in the car to my favorite song. For some reason when some one does that and the next time I hear that song I think about my friends or moms voice. It annoys me.

Going way back to GtG's post on page 2 ...
GtG. That's tough when one feels so alone. Something that I discovered helped me way back was to focus on someone else in the room who may look lonely as well, and then go over to them and try and strike up a conversation. Asking questions about the person is a great way to break the discomfort, because people usually enjoy talking about themselves and their life. Maybe that will help crowds seem less annoying ...
I can make light conversation quite fine, if I have to—in fact, I seem to be quite adept at it—but instead of conversing surfacely for its own sake, (which does annoy me), I have learned to use it as an inroad in getting to know people. But when chatter in a group or at a party turns crude, negative, and uncouth (see my post here), it not only annoys me, but can make me feel almost physically sick.

When people use "badly" wrong. One feels bad not badly.
Actually, that's the correct form. "Feeling" is a verb, and in this case, to say how you're feeling, you use an adverb to modify it. Bad is the adjective, badly is the adverb. In the opposite case, well is the adverb and good is the adjective.
Sorry if I sound like a total geek. I've been learning this in French class and I learned that it applies in English as well.
Hmm...What annoys me? I really hate it when people try to talk to me while I'm working hard on something. This is a problem, because it's bad for relationships (I snap at people when they interrupt), but there it stands. I don't like it.
