But if I state that most of humanity annoys me, I'd have to include myself.

Yes, like the popsicle sticks stuck into ice cream bars and ... popsicles. Ach, I can hardly even read your last sentence without getting that awfully shivery/shaky feeling, eeep! I always enjoy your posts, wolfloversk, so I will try to not let this come between us.

1. My l'il bros and sisters get on my nerves. A lot. You see, I have nine younger siblings. My personal possessions are constantly tampered with. I have no privacy, unless you count perhaps two minutes in the bathroom... or hiding behind the couch. I do love them, but I also live with them.
2. Being late. I freak out whenever I'm a few minute late, which is something I have to change.
3. Being told something I already know.
4. Being looked down upon because I am younger/a girl/inexperienced. As soon as it becomes apparent that someone looks at me this way I set out to prove them wrong.
5. When my hair gets frizzy in the rain.

And that's all that comes to mind right now.

5. when people brag about themselves and/or their kids
6. crowds of people, even if I know them. I hate parties

The main things that annoy me a LOT, off the top of my head are...

Slow drivers (aka drivers who drive the speed limit when the rest of the world is going faster )

Drivers who don't signal (I usually yell at them from inside my vehicle when they do this!)

People who REFUSE to listen to a new idea, or having listened to it refute, saying it can't be/not true/possible "just because" or "it just isn't so"

Boring people...people who refuse to even attempt to be different.

The new song "Alice" by Avril Lavinge. I don't usually mind her music, but I just feel especially annoyed at this song every time it comes on...I think it could have been sooo much better, it's like she didn't even try to come up with something original. The subject of it lends itself to so many interesting ideas and lyrics!

Disney's Winnie the Pooh. I can't even explain how I feel about this but believe me the feelings are strong.

Getting a hair down the front of my shirt and not being able to get it out in public.

When the internet is not working, or I'm watching something online and it conks out in the middle of it.

i'm quite sure the most annoying thing my family does is conintuely opening my door to see me and never closing it when they go out, then u have to get up and do yourself. lol i must sound so lazy. lol

^lol I do it to my sisters all the time b/c it annoys them ...I know I'm evil

Val: that last one drives me insane too! One time I was in the middle of a really long post in the graphics section and the power went out. Needless to say I was very upset.

Leaving dirty dishes in the sink, not cleaning the tub after a shower, clothes not folded, a dirty bathroom and kitchen!

Oh...and the chalkboard thing creeps me out too!!

there are a lot of things that bother me or maybe im just a bothersome person but anywho here are some of my pet peeves.

incorrect grammar: i hate it when people use incorrect grammar. its like "haha thats funnier than a cow drinking milk!" and im like "no..its more funny.." and then they give me a really strange look and walk away...

and finally when people act all stuck up and snobby and soooo unmodest about their grades. i had a convo with a friend the other day and she was being exactly that.
it went:
her: hey!! how was the bio test?
me: it was okish i guess..low a or maybe b plus. idk.
her:omp it was the easiest test EVERR! how could you not get an a?
me: ......
the next week:
her: whatd you get on the bio test?
me: im surprised i got an a. only missed a question, not so bad.
her: omp *hisssssss* (seriously she hissed at me) i got the same grade. i can never beat you!
me: ......
her: what did you get wrong?
me: the one about darwin's book or whtever.
her: hahaha STUPID.
me: (obscene gestures...lol no no..i thought about it though)

i kinda walked out at the end. she was starting to get on my nerves. haha so thats just some of my pet peeves, have any of you met a person like that?

GtG, I know what you mean about crowds. I'm not sure that they annoy me, though, rather that I just really dislike them, and even moreso if I don't know the people well ... probably because of all the surface/nothing talk that seems to be prevalent in these situations.

yeah i know what you mean sillygose i hate people going on about grades saying tests were easy and stuff. I laugh when those people get lower marks then me.

Me too again. It bothers me when I see "i" instead of "I" for example. "Ain't" drives me nuts too.

I hope we don't end up driving on the same road. I do this all the time. It is kind of fun to watch all the cars pass me.

ditto Jo. It always seems like I just sit in a corner by myself. They make me stress out and most of my friends are really outgoing so they're out there talking to everyone else and little old me sometimes just has to content herself with playing with any babies around . When someone happens to come over I almost owuld have rather they not b/c I'm a horrible conversation starter but I hate awkward silence too so sometimes I'll say the most random and stupid things. Ugh

I hate snow. and shoveling it! ugh! and I also hate days and days of rain.

One thing that bothers me is over-competetiveness and someone who just can't admit that you're better than them in something. (I know this is hard for everyone, so I tend to get upset at myself when I notice it. )
And people who know I'm not "one of them" and use the situation to their best advantage.
Also, one thing that's a pet peeve is that when I have a pretty, sharpened pencil and then it falls and the tip is shaven off.
Oh, and, road rage and swearing makes me wish I was the taller, more intimidating sort...
