I need 6 Green, 3 Yellow, and 4 Blue. I'd love to finish today and get back to gold farming. I'm sure I will by tomorrow.

I've been discussing LG charms with Kat. I thought I'd share my thoughts to see what those of you in the LG thought.... Posted in order of favorite to least favorite.

Grubling Bonanza Charms - I get tons of Cynd essences whenever there's a grubling stampede and I always make my 15 A essences back. You only use one to bring on a stampede, so even though they're more expensive, I think they bring in the best profit and you don't burn through them as quickly.
Extra Course Salt - I will probably get enough of these to max out the salt gauge twice for when I go after King Scarab.
Safeguard Charm - My husband pointed out that this is a good one to have armed when you've cleared the curses and then have to go afk. I think that's excellent strategy. I also would only use this one in the Cursed City.
Yellow and Red Powders - I catch way more mice whenever the dewdrops are poured out, so it might be worth the investment to fill the dewdrops more quickly. These are a lot pricier though considering how many you have to buy and what you use to make them.
Blue Powder - I got one just to craft, but I think this is the most worthless by far as I occasionally don't make back my 20 A essence investment back whenever I play this mini-game. Easily my least favorite.

For the lower level players, investing in this stuff and then putting it on the marketplace after Ronza leaves will be a great way to make money. Or you can stockpile for when you get to the LG yourselves.

My feeling was that the charms might prove to be useful for when LG tourneys are finally released and you want to max out your potential. It's not like you'll have a hard time getting through the LG without them; they just make it better.

So I'm buying some, but not a million. I know the LG is my level, but it will be so long till I get there that I'm not that worried about it.

I had seen your post but I didn't read it closely cause I was like "Agh! Spoilers!" and went running away screaming. So now I'm replying to it.
Last night my husband finished up his Robot trap and defeated the big bad enemy robot this morning so I saw the whole animation from beginning to end. I need to go post what I'm about to say on the MH forums for the devs, but for those of you who know my husband, he's not super duper into MH like I am. He plays it because I play it. But that animation was the first thing he's seen in the game where he was like "Wow, that's cool!" so I hope they do more stuff like this in the future.

...perhaps I should try to bronze some more Digby Dirt Dwellers?

The other day I was updating my spreadsheet for gifting purposes and noticed that a lot of people are still missing the Nugget Mouse. We should do some Digby tournies once event season is over.

Yeah, depending on how they set up the points system, I can see that being the case as well. But the LG is designed to be a long slow grind and all of the charms help speed it up.

I know the LG is my level, but it will be so long till I get there that I'm not that worried about it.

I don't think it'll take you all that long unless you go back and do some of the areas you missed first (Or finish all the Warpath traps). Muridae Market is fast by comparison.

Yeah, I got all four bases to drop the first day of the Event. The only base that doesn't drop is the 2013 one.

Hmm... it might be worth getting some of the LG stuff. We'll see. I'm not happy going slowly, but I'm not upset with it either. I just have to keep plodding ahead.

I got all the pink and green pieces, 9 blue, 7 yellow and 6 red... So including the head I have 9 pieces to go.

I finished the event overnight. Now I'm setup in the warpath for an indeterminate amount of time trying to rack up as much gold as quickly as I can.

What bases are dropping? I think I got at least one... I had a few already too...

All of the previous Birthday Cake bases are dropping off of various event mice. I think the Wiki lists them on the Ronza's Shoppe page.

I finished collecting robot parts and have my new trap armed. It's tempting to use this thing just to have the awesome image of it towering over the base.

I finished up my robot this morning (Thank you stwin for taking me on hunts that got my last two parts). I'm currently pummeling the boss mouse into oblivion.

I know I'm going to go farm gold after this, but I'm trying to decide where I want to do that at. I think I'll go back to the Pinnacle Chamber just to get a silver crown on the Mojos. I currently have 97 of them. And then after that I'll probably hit the Warpath. I don't think I'll get as much gold there as I would in Furoma, but I like hunting in that area better. Plus it'll give me another shot at getting a trap part to drop.

I have defeated the robot.

Now I'm in Digby, trying to catch a Big Bad Burroughs Mouse, since I haven't caught one of those yet. I recently heard they drop the Monolith Base? I hadn't heard that before.

I just need two red pieces! Been trying all day to get them, but the mice are being difficult :/

And of course red are what I've caught the most of... keep trying, Wolfy, plenty of time yet!
