Well my Mojo catch rate continues to be poor. I'm just about to 10.3 mil gold but I'm down to my last few pieces of cheese before I'm gonna have to farm more.

In other news, I get to open mouth, insert foot today. I remember a while back Gymmie was talking about the awesomeness of unstable curds (and I think Varna as well) and I was like 'oh no, don't waste your onyx stones on those worthless things.' ..... Sooo... the devs apparently tweaked the numbers because I got an insane amount of OG cheese from 35ish unstable curds. Even though the catch rate on the Sensei isn't that great, it should help quite a bit with the gold farming.

Well I've finally joined yah all.... Now I just need another 5 mil gold +/- ? Fortunately I have 30+ wealth charms I might disarm them til I hit the cats soon though... or the warpath... something :/

I found that selling SB+ in batches of 50 worked fairly well - and also choosing a price within the range of prices already offered, but not at the very bottom (I don't want to press the prices further down ).
So with some activity at the Marketplace, and with the promise of a loan, I'm now down at needing to farm half a million gold to buy the Forgotten trap. Which should be doable in a week. Perhaps I can even use that new Tribal trap that I bought.

(I even tried to sell a skin, but nobody was interested.)

I find that if you need to know what you get, then craft. I crafted a batch - I also like to collect recipes!
But if you're fine with getting a diversity of other cheeses along with the OG, then Unstable Curds are better. Perhaps the numbers were different before I joined. I crafted that one batch, then the rest of my 134 OG are from (roughly 50) Unstable Curds. I had some more, too, but I've spent some on catching a Sojo.

And sometimes, when I'm bored and want a change, that diversity can be fun.
Let me see what cheese I get and what it can do - if there's a lot of limelight cheese, perhaps I should try to bronze some more Digby Dirt Dwellers?

Those guys are also a great way of making quick cash. . . although I've never quite been able to figure out why as there are only a few that have bigger pay-outs .

I'm up to 38 parts now. It would be awesome if I could finish this thing today. That would give me quite a bit of time to do a warpath run and (hopefully) get a loot drop to sell, which may or may not allow me to buy a chronster upgrade kit within the next month or so. . .

Meanwhile, Varna is done, you have two pieces to go, as does my husband, and I have... 4 total. I am taking a break from gold farming to complete the event. I'm over 11mil, which means I've made over 3 mil in two days, which is good, but I have a long ways to go and am running low on resources. I may start begging family members for loans.
I did finally sell a couple Warpath crafting items on the Marketplace yesterday, so that made me happy that SOMEBODY out there is still buying.

I'm hoping to finish out the event today (just a few pieces left) and then I'm running away to madly farm gold for stuffs. I've decided I definitely want a Sphinx Crystal so that's about 4mil right there (trying to see if I can get one for 3mil) and that's most of my gold. The rest shall be spent on LG stuff.

Due to the generosity of my sister-in-law who sadly doesn't play much anymore, I am now the proud owner of the T-Rex Trap and the Chrome Monstrobot. Should she start playing again, I owe her a whole lot of gold.

I made good progress on the event today. Caught the Pink and Blue mice that I was still missing and now have a total of 21 pieces so I'm almost halfway there.

Anyone else get Chromstro? I'm afraid I'll have to wait until next year (or when I'm filthy rich and can buy it off the MP) but I'm not weeping. Goodness knows I still have a LOT of game to get through.

Since I couldn't get the Chromstro OR a Sandblasted Metal, I consoled myself with a Sphynx Crystal. Of course, I don't have the points or the gold to craft it yet, but I'm confident that by the time I have enough points I'll have recouped the gold needed to craft it and then it's off to Furoma for me to blow through some Rumble. Oh, and I need to finish my first Warpath run, but that's a requirement.

Sold some stuff on the Marketplace today for slightly below average price and I was able to unload some excess inventory, so that was nice. Sold off all my Moon but I'm sure I'll recoup it in Furoma anyway.

Bought some of Ronza's charms so I have about 700k left. After I get my event trap (three pieces left) I'll go farm some gold and maybe raid the Marketplace again. Fun times.

Fantasia, can I get some stats on the Chronster? I've been looking for them, but haven't been able to find them yet (a pic would be nice too )

I am six parts away from crafting the event trap. Once I've done that, I'll probably buy the T-Rex and start farming more gold to buy stuff. It's tempting to buy a low-priced Sphynx Crystal instead, but that would take a good deal more gold and I'll get it eventually. (I hope.)

I also have yet to get the Cheesecake Base to drop, despite catching a number of the mice that drop it. Oh well.

Has anyone received good stuff from the Fifth Birthday Gifths? I got 5 KC out of one, but that's the only "good" stuff so far.

I got 5 KC AND 5 SB+ out of one Gifth, and I think that's as good as they come, so I'm pretty happy. Other ones, I just got Stale Cheese.

Finally got my last trap part to drop this morning! Yay! Off to catch the big bad robot.

Despite the fact I really haven't been on much, I'm 12 parts away from completing the robot. I bought the dino trap. Don't have the gold for the chrome monstro.

I figure I'll spend the rest of my gold on the charms and stuff. Any recommendations on what to get? (As I've not had the best of luck with the Living Garden area, the charms sound like the best idea for me.)

I've got my crobot (that's the one with the horn, not the new one) and my snake jade base equipped.... Finished the pink mice over night, I have 8 green and blue parts, 5 yellow, and 3 red... I'm really hoping I can finish tonight or tomorrow because I need to gold farm, but I don't think I'm doing to bad for a late start...

I have taken a break from the robot fight for a while, because I'm not playing via Facebook now, and only doing trap checks - so gold farming is better, when I cannot follow the fun.

I went to the King's Arms and spent ALL my 27 King's Credits on Delicious Stones
so I won't try the new Tribal trap until I've finished the Crunchy I got from those. I've bronzed the Derr Chieftain, my Enraged RhinoBot is doing well.
And I don't think the new trap is able to replace all of the three traps from that section. It's for farming stones, vegetables and shells at double speed, not so much for farming pepper seeds.

As soon as possible, I'll go back to Ronza's ship, defeat the robot and get the new cake base. I'll also hope for the last of the old bases - I've caught the Terrible Two's a few times, but he's never dropped the Chocolate Cake base ...
Then I'd like to catch the Rockstar mouse, just for completeness.

And then there should still be time to go back to Derr Dunes for more gold before Ronza leaves.
