Is MH down for anyone else? I don't even get their error page... it's just telling me it can't connect to mousehuntgame.com. FB won't work either. Neither will ie.

It's mostly down for me as well. It came back up long enough to see that it's their server provider and until their server provider fixes the problem, it'll be up and down for a while.

ETA: Kat and ceppault tell me that a hacker has hit GoDaddy.com, which is a server provider, and that has apparently affected Mousehunt.

Well, I tried or my Fall Familiar Mouse today. Used a good portion of what's left of my SB+ and despite my Ancient Charms and two attractions, no dice. I'm hoping I might still snag my Nugget Mouse during this Digby tourney.

Wolf, I just thought of this: I can't attract the Blacksmith Mouse, so you may want to have me swap out with someone else who's higher up. I haven't finished my charm shop in Muridae yet, and I'll be a while doing that. Unless you feel like waiting that long.

-Ancient Relics will no longer be a 100% drop on some mice, though they will be easier to find on some than others
-Treasure chests now have more varied loot, and loot more dependent on map difficulty

I had mentioned that they added the Gauntlet tournies, but I didn't comment on them... I love the way they're set up. I love the fact that there are two separate tournies, one for Tiers 1-4 and one for Tiers 5-8. I love the fact that it really favors the rare mice of each Tier and the Eclipse isn't worth all that much overall. Kudos to the MH Community for coming up with these two, they look great! We'll have to try to get a few of these in to help with potion farming before Easter rolls around. Or if you haven't caught the Eclipse yet, this will probably make it far less painful as well.

Well this morning I decided that I need to restock on Wicked Gnarly Potions/Cheese so I am forcing myself to sit in the GGT for 25 Gnarled cheese and get some potions (two so far!). And then I'm gonna hit up the Lagoon for a while to start working on the Black Widow for my friend's map.
My team is also doing a Bazaar tourny today and I figure I can semi-farm for the Nibbler Mouse during that one so... yay.

ETA: CHANGE OF PLANS! My friend decided to ditch her horrid map (die Nibbler!) and I got an infinitely better map this morning. It's an Arduous map with the hardest mouse by far being the Assassin. No Nibblers, no Black Widows, no Seasonal Garden Mice. So I am in the Muridae Market getting those mice taken care of.

See, that's where you and I differ. I could handle having a Nibbler on my map, but I refuse to touch any map with an Assassin with a ten-foot pole. I just can't, lol.

Speaking of, I finally got that blasted trap on my TWELTH rare map. It was about time!

Oh, and they've added SB+ to some of the maps. The one I did last night was a Rare Medium, I believe, and I got 10 SB+ with my Chest.

I could handle having a Nibbler on my map, but I refuse to touch any map with an Assassin with a ten-foot pole.

The first requires SB, the latter does not. That's the difference for me. Plus, with 5 people all working on the Assassin at the same time, it doesn't usually take longer than a day.

So on our map, four of us were in Wave 1 and the fifth was at the very, very beginning of Wave 2. I decided I could probably make it to the Magmarage in wave 3 the fastest, so I'm doing a Warpath speed run. Hoping to finish up Wave 1 today and I don't think that'll be a problem.
Also doing a short Nerg tourny tonight so I'm hoping to pick up the mice from that area tonight.

@wolf, I have never found that Hydro traps work well against the mage mice, even though they're supposed to. But they're especially horrid at those artillery mice. I'd just use your best physical trap.

ETA: Got my Gold Leaf Mouse, back to the Warpath until the tournament.

On a complete side note the Goldleaf is also in the Magic Pets game.... I have yet to come across one in either game

@FK thanks for the tip... may try it. I seem to be attracting more Artillery mice atm anyways.

Wolf, that's normal. The Market is sometimes as tough as the Warpath. What setup are you using?

Speaking of the Warpath, I was complaining to FK yesterday about not having very good streaks this time. Well, last night I got my first ever (that I recall) streak of NINE --- on Mages, no less. I then missed a Garg because I wasn't awake to switch my traps. I don't know whether to shout for joy or get angry.

@Wolf, yes, Muridae Market has a lower attraction and catch rate. Even with the Monstrobot, it's one of the areas I still have some trouble consistently catching mice in (though not QUITE as bad as the Jungle of Dread).
Congrats on your first Warmonger by the way I happened to notice that you got a Sandblasted Metal...a gift and a curse. If you can get the second one right away like DiGs and I did, you'll be set. It's the best trap you can have in the game right now imho. But if you don't, you're out with no new trap upgrades for a while.

@stwin, streak of 9 on mages? I'd be jumping for joy. Once you catch one Garga, they don't offer a whole lot, so no despairing over that. By the way, my stinkin' lucky husband caught a Commander on a streak of 9 in Wave 2 one time.... So unfair.

My power run through Waves 1 and 2 is going well. Wave 1 was a little slow. Lots of interruptions with tournaments But I crushed Wave 2 yesterday and will wrap it up this morning. Just need a Magmarage from wave 3 and then all that's left for our Treasure Hunt map is the Assassin, the Master of the Cheese Fang, General Drheller, and the Yeti. Two of those will be easy, we're just tackling the hard ones right now. ETA: LOL, Yeti down.

FBF today, Jacob is drawing the header for the Living Garden. He confirmed that he has had to requisition other artists in the office to help finish the artwork for the area. If he says anything else of interest, I'll add it to this post.
~After the Living Garden is complete, they plan to hit the Events pretty hard.
~There's going to be some kind of event when they reintroduce the Leprechaun. He's still going to be extremely hard to catch, but at least he'll be in the game again.

I was pretty stoked cause one of the flowers I suggested made it in. It's the purple one on the left side next to the green glowing flower. I had sent in a link and Jacob was talking about how creepy it was so I didn't think he was gonna use it, but then he painted it in.

I finished my third Warpath Run. No trap part. I'm back in the Market trying to finish the Charm Shop and Cartographer before the Living Garden is released. I have 90 Limestone, 120 Timber, and 89 Molten Glass. I need another 70 Limestone to finish the Charm Shop and 30 to finish the Cartographer. I have enough Timber for both. I need 31 more Molten Glass for the Charm Shop, and then it's time to hunt for Papyrus.
