Already did, hun. Got my Scarf and now I'm just waiting to level up. Only 22% Knight so it's gonna take awhile. ;))

Astro, Dot, Ithy and I are down to 10 mice:

-Blacksmith
-Sand Calvary
-General Drheller
-Harvest Harrier
-Living Salt
-Mystic Rook
-Pie Thief
-Snake Charmer
-Spice Merchant
-Technic King

I'm trying to finish my warpath run in an attempt to get back to wave 1 and the Sand Calvary and to gain access to Muridae Market... Might go after the two Iceberg Mice once I get bored with the Warpath however... I believe Dot is in the middle of a tower run, so I'll let her work on those two... Meanwhile Astro and Ithy both did a great job of getting all the mice they were capable of.

Then we just have to wait til Fall in the SG...

I think my amplifier is getting to low to catch the Technic King. I'm going to try a few more hunts and then head to the Garden so I can bring it back up and do another round. This could take awhile. ;))

So I'll be heading to Balack's Cove soon...no clue what I'm doing. I understand there's a cycle that one must follow, but I have no idea what the strategy/suggested path is.

I'm assuming you've seen the timer page, yes? If not, it's here. If you lose the link, you can get to it via furoma.com and click on Timers. Once you're in the Cove, the HUD will tell you what the tide is at. It's not too complicated, just make sure you don't catch a Riptide while you're afk and get ported to the JoD where the Pygmies will eat all of your cheese. ;)) Riptides only show up during mid and high tides.
The only other tip I can give you, use ACRONYM at all times except when going after Balack. Supposedly the ABT will catch the Lich Mice better, but recorded statistics and my own personal experience disagree and ABT is horrid at catching all of the other mice.

Only 22% Knight so it's gonna take awhile.

It'll go fast in Balack's Cove.

Astro, Dot, Ithy and I are down to 10 mice:

-Living Salt
-General Drheller
Those are your hardest. But in the case of Drheller, did you see DiGs's brilliant strategy I posted about a few pages back? It's here in case you missed it.

I think my amplifier is getting to low to catch the Technic King.

I was sort of spying on you and you looked like you were doing really good. :-O What was/is your amplifier at?

Sitting here waiting for FBF to start in a few minutes. I shall update this post as they say useful stuff. :P ;))

~They confirmed that you can only get one LE trap.
~They said that the LE trap will be around long enough that everyone should have plenty of time to get it. And they will give plenty of advanced notice.
~They want Living Garden out by the end of this month. That's a goal only, not an official date. Jacob is behind. :P :))
~Jacob is thinking of doing the Living Garden header drawing next week during art FBF.
~Something was mentioned about a Gold Leaf Mouse. I have no idea where that came from, maybe the mysterious ? in the Forest Guild? They said "we'll see" and that it's probably coming up soon.
~The updated Sphynx skin that Jacob drew a few weeks ago should be in the game soon (that's the tournament reward skin they're talking about).
~No plans to use the Muridae Market crafting materials in the Living Garden.
~Update on Monday (they hope). I don't know if there will be new content (except maybe this Gold Leaf Mouse?), but it should have some noticeable tweaks to the game. A lot of it is tweaking to scale rewards better to the difficulty of the the map levels.

I was? Oh. ;)) I think it was down to 98% earlier and I still had a rook and the queen to catch. It's down to 69% now and I only need the king.

Edit:

6:59 pm - Zugzwang's Tower
I sounded the Hunter's Horn and was successful in the hunt! I caught a 12 oz. Technic King Mouse worth 80,730 points and 10,470 gold.

The mouse also dropped the following loot:
1 Technic Cheese Mould, 1 Droid Jetpack, 524 Gold and 1 Treasure Map Clue

Well, okay then. ;))

That's pretty good... I usually get down to 45% before I go after the king... You shouldn't have too much trouble.

Edit: just noticed your edit ;)

So once I reach wave four... what should my strategy be... I can't catch a Warmonger until I've cleared the other mice, right? Otherwise it resets? How do I go about doing this?

Wolf, when you reach Wave 4, your strategy is pretty much the same as before. Try to catch all the Theurgy Wardens first, because until you catch all of them, you can't catch the Warmonger even if you attract him. The area doesn't reset until you've caught the Monger (and looted lots of stuff :) ).

Speaking of which, I'm getting closer to Wave 4. Currently in Wave 3 with: 0-34-0-57-27-20.

Ventured into Balack's Cove today, and that Twisted Fiend...it's a play on Gollum, isn't it? ;)) I saw the artwork and I was like, I know that character. ;)

Still no trap or new stuff. On rare map #10 right now and we're just waiting for a BW to decide to grace us with her presence, lol.

Did you read the mouse description? ;)

Well, I'm a little discouraged this morning. stwin's team and my husband's team both finished up their Rare Arduous Maps this morning when it switched over to Fall. Not a single person got an LE trap (though one person still has to sign in and check). I thought I had read on the Rare maps that the drop rate for the trap is 30% so at least two people should have gotten them. I hope we didn't make a mistake opening those chests before the patch gets pushed through later today...

Moving onto the next map, I'm doing one with a non-NWeb friend and this one looks to be a pain in the rear. It has both a Black Widow and Nibbler on it (ironically, I'm more annoyed with the Nibbler...) but the real kicker is that it has a Stinger Mouse from Summer in the SG and it JUST rolled over to Fall early this morning. I'm gonna see if she'll be willing to ditch this map for another one that uses less resources and can be finished up much more quickly. That LE trap isn't going to last forever....

In tournament news, my team is doing a 3hr Subterranean Showdown later tonight. Should be good times. ;))

Dot got the Harvest Harrier I see! That just leaves us the Market Mice, some of the Iceberg Mice, the Sand Cavalry, and the Mystic Rook...

And I cleared the archers last night, ran out of Mage Clothes so I'm working on the Calvary mice:

Yeah...I woulda waited to open those chests, since I think they were going to bump up the contents of Arduous chests today. :-s

11 maps down, no trap or new loot yet. Surely this has got to be some sort of mathematical impossibility. ;) Seriously though, the odds are definitely NOT in my favor!

So I recently came into a LOT of SB+; like, a LOT. So I've been taking advantage of that. My goal is to raise gold for Lady when I rank up, and also have plenty of gold on hand when event season rolls around. So I've been doing some Marketplace selling, but I haven't been selling SB+. Maki is actually priced higher and has a better profit even though it has to be crafted, and it turns over pretty quickly. I've been selling in small batches since you can price higher that way, and so far so good. :) My goal is to sell off about 100 pieces of Maki this way and that should net me about 1.5 mil at LEAST.

Yeah, I was under the impression from FBF that the Arduous chests were going to stay pretty much the same. It was the low level chests they were going to tweak depending on the difficulty of the mice on the map. (Like if I Common Map has a bunch of SB only mice on it, they'd get better rewards.) But oh well... too late now. :P

Good luck to everybody on their new maps or finishing up their old maps! :)

Can't help with any of the Warpath Mice, but I'll be making a run in the Tower tonight probably. I guess I'll hit the Iceberg afterwards. We're almost there! I still need to catch a Relic Mouse. ;))
