I've caught a total of 7 SOJO's thus far, and still haven't gotten a relic to drop

In a remarkably humorous turn of events, my current map team is stuck on the Nibbler. In the process of trying to catch him, stwin, my husband and I have caught a Shelder, a couple Cooks, a couple Moles, two Black Widows, and a TON of Relic Hunters because all of the previous mice dropped relics. We are mapped out for days. Hopefully we'll be able to get our goofy LE trap and then we'll try to get some separate groups rolling for your LE traps.

Oh my goodness, FK! That is hilarious. If I were free I'd come join you because I need a Nibbler and maybe that would send one my way, lol.

Right now I'm just working on a Monk and a Terror Knight for our Rare Hard map; you wouldn't think that would be what's holding us up but it's the only mice we have left and we can't seem to get a nibble.

I sounded the Hunter's Horn, but my efforts were fruitless. A Monk Mouse ate a piece of cheese without setting off my trap.

Well, my sis-in-law's group finished up last night after FINALLY catching that blasted Nibbler (trying not think about how many pieces of SB we all went through to catch him). My husband got his LE trap, but the other four of us did not.

Now I am running on a Treasure Hunt with shastastwin. This map is an Arduous Map which has been sprinkled with rare dust so I have high hopes that we can get our LE traps out of this one. The mice themselves are not TOO hard, but there are a couple rare ones. I think the Living Salt and Assassin Mice will give us the most trouble. And NO SB ONLY MICE!!!! YAAAAYYY!!!!
I'm currently trying to snag the Technic King and Chessmaster for my group, but I'm stuck on the Technic Queen and she is giving me a world of trouble. I'm sure I'll get her soon. (I better...)

My husband also started a separate group and they too have an Arduous Map, so it'll be interesting to see what happens there. His group may be a little worse off though cause they have a Harvest Harrier and it's currently Winter in the Seasonal Garden. But good luck to those of you who are on his team!

*still hasn't got a Relic loot drop* This is getting ridiculous. I've tried the Sensei, Chrono, and Acolyte so far. I might have to move and try something else. I caught multiple Sensei's, but he didn't drop a Relic. The Acolyte is being especially annoying, and of course I still haven't caught a single Chrono.

In other news, right before the new mouse came into the game, I caught all of the Mystic mice in the Tower. Now I just need to work on the Technics and the Chess Master.

So, I've decided that this whole Treasure Map thing is a grand cruel play by the Devs to withhold the easy mice from us when we want them, and shower us with hard mice that we no longer want. Last night as an epic bust; we hunted for HOURS for a Monk and Terror Knight and I still didn't get the trap, lol.

On another Rare Hard map now, and I had to laugh out loud...I armed SB+ in the Training Grounds going after a Worker mouse, and in my first three hunts I got a Dumpling Chef, Black Widow and Hope mouse. I'd never caught a DC and Hope before and normally I would have been "YAY" but instead I was like, "WHERE ARE YOU DARN WORKER?!?!" LOL!

I think the Chessmaster is one of the mice 100% guaranteed to drop relics.

Got my Queen, King, and Chessmaster back to back so now I'm in the Acolyte Realm going for the Lich Mouse. After that I'm hitting up the Iceburg.

I have contributed a whopping one mouse to the team currently going after a treasure chest. . . whoopee

I've also caught about a dozen SOJO's and have yet to get a relic. . . double whoopee

EDIT: Got a relic to drop off of a cook mouse! YAY!!!!!

I just got a relic and bronzed the rest of the Draconic mice... Hanging in the Lagoon until someone tells me how I figure out where the Relic Hunter is (um help?)

wolf, if you go to this spreadsheet and scroll down to the Miscellaneous section, you will be able to see the current location of the Relic Hunter. Don't forget to grab a gang of friends to help you once you get your map.

You probably caught it right after the Hunter moved and they hadn't updated it yet.

Well, I'm on Rare Hard map #3 (Rare map #4 in total) going after the trap. We already caught our toughest mouse so we'll have the Chest by the end of the day tomorrow...I really I hope I get the silly trap this time, because I'm itching to go after Dragons and Acolytes but I can't afford to take the time right now, lol!

If I don't get the trap tomorrow, I'm going to try a Rare Elaborate next. I still have a Arduous lined up but I'm not joining that until it's closer to Summer since we need some mice from there.

ETA: I forgot to mention, now that I'm going after really big boss mice, do you recommend using ULC's against Dragons or in the AR? I've got a handful from Luck weekend and I know that both Dragons and Acolytes drop boxes and chests.

I forgot to mention, now that I'm going after really big boss mice, do you recommend using ULC's against Dragons or in the AR?

Totally up to you. As far as catch rate goes, I think the Chrono and Sensei are both harder than the Dragon, so up to you if you want to use them to catch them. But I don't think that ULCs affect the drop of the chests (or the contents within) because they're a guaranteed drop with a set amount of loot, so that might be a bit of a waste.

The first three will be easy to check off the list, the last two are potentially gonna be rough. I've been spending most of my afk time in the Iceburg and then when I'm actually online I'll run and grab an easy mouse. Working on the Chameleon at the moment.
