Greetings, fellow minions and Grand High Dark Overlord!
So, is it just me, or does Aslan keep changing sizes in the pictures we have seen? In the latest pictures he looks huge (which is a good thing, he's supposed to be huge), but in the earlier ones he looks much smaller. Or am I seeing things? I shouldn't be surprised if I was, what with all the studying I've been doing.
*quickly fills a to-go box with salad from the buffet and pizza and fruit from Libby and before exiting back out into the cold* After all, I must have something to snack on while studying!
Oh! I am so in, if that's ok. I love spoilers and seeking out spoiler goodness.

I've noticed that with both Aslan and Reep, actually overall I think Reep is bigger than he was in PC, but I can't complain too much- Aslan had the same problem in LWW

I don't know if this is new or not but I found this picture of Eustance.

Aww, what a sweet picture!
What does everyone think of the new pic of Dragon Eustace with Reepicheep? I like it a lot more than I thought I would. He doesn't look as much like a grasshopper/cow/goat/whatever-else-we-said-he-looked-like.

Awesome picture of Eustace, glad to know he's writing in his journal.
Did anyone else see the stone knife in the 3rd trailer? I watched LWW again last night and I am positive that they are the same.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I finally got caught up on all of the pages. Very enjoyable read. Love the descriptions of DragonEustace. He looks much better in the new picture.
Also Hope you are willing to help the war effort Pattertwig's Pal!!!
Well, I started the Clues and Evidence thread a while back. I think that is a start.
I think there is a plot out there to keep me from spoilers. Things like Work (my schedule was so messed up. I got scheduled for 31 hours one week and 28 the next and my max is 16 Somehow when my request for a change went through, the 16 wasn't entered. ), Bills, Dishes, etc keep getting in my way. I just finally got caught up on spoilers. Why must everything happen at once? Drat I just realized I haven't read the newest interview with Tony Nixon. It'll have to wait. I've already been here longer than I can afford.
CS: How do you think your character has changed since the previous movies?
Keynes: He’s continued on the path that he did when he changed from the first and second. He’s now even more sure of [himself]. He’s trying to now become a leader, but Caspian is still there and that’s where the contention lies. He’s completely grown up and he’s a completely different person than he was in the first film.
Did that quote strike anyone else as odd? Following the path he started on sounds good, since he clearly improves from LWW to PC. Grown up sounds good but then the part about trying to be a leader when Caspian's there seems to contradict the other parts. Not sure I'm explaining that well, but I really have things that I need to get done.
Edit: YES!!!!!!!!!!!! I noticed the stone knife. I've been mentioning it all over the place asking if it was the witch's knife and have been ignored.

True, although Reepicheep is too small anyway.
I am also positive that the knife on the table is the Stone Knife. But, if it is the Stone Knife, why did they change the reason the Lords fell asleep? Since the Knife is there why didn't they use it? Falling into an enchanted sleep because they touched a knife is so much more interesting than they were put to sleep because "violence is forbidden."
Did that quote strike anyone else as odd?
Yes! It doesn't make any sense to me. It's nice to hear that Edmund is grown up but from what we've seen and heard he sure doesn't act grownup. If he is so much more mature why does he stick out his tongue at Uncle Harold? And what's with the "contention" between him and Caspian? Are he and Caspian going to have a power struggle? That's what it sounds like.
Aww, I hope your work schedule gets better, Pal! I haven't had the time to read the Tony Nixon interview either. And I really should be working on that paper.......

Well, my theory is that either:
a) in the movie it really is because they touched the knife, and they only simplified it for the book or...
b) The filmmakers actually interpreted that scene as violence is forbidden and missed the whole "sacred object" part.
Personally I'm hoping for a...

Hello. I was just giving the mutant mutts their walkies. Didn't gain too much weight did you lads? (Rubs second set of ears on both). Now off with you,and go chew on the dark lord fella's desk some more.
I am probably only going to confuse things with this question, and if it makes no sense feel free to ignore it. But I was wondering just why the dagger is there in the first place. I did check out the book from the library here, but I do hate constantly skipping ahead to see what happened. (Though, I imagin that would be expected here.)
I discovered a couple things. In the book Lord Drinian has hair, and Reepicheep not only stands almost two feet tall, but his hair is almost black in color.
I shall no doubt discover other items that the producers changed as I read on.
(Mumbles to self on way to door) I suppose if they ever make the Silver Chair I'll be wearing a bowler, and have fins. Warts too, no doubt.
Hello, whats this?
A box adressed to me? What does this button do
Well, now that was interesting!
Took me awhile to figure out how to shut this little toy down.
Sorry about the mess. I'll clean up what I can, but the holes in the wall, and table being cut in two are beyond me. The dark lord overdid it a bit with the lasers I think.
Has anyone seen a broom closet?
Wow, it's been awhile since I have checked the Narnia news. There are so many new pictures. What do you guys think is the best picture that has been released lately? I really like the one of Eustace where he is (I think, but it's hard to see from the angle) writing in his journal on board the Dawn Treader.
~Riella
You can never have too many lasers! Bwahahahahahahaha!! Don't worry about the damage to the tower, it has nanite-based technology woven into every bit of it. Essentially the tower fixes itself.
I am personally rather fond of that delightful image of the Pevensies heading into the door in the wave. While a door in the air would have been lovely, even my magnificent brilliance will have a difficult time creating a non-cheesy way to show that.
even my magnificent brilliance will have a difficult time creating a non-cheesy way to show that.
*gasp* What? Something your maginificent brilliance can't do, Booky? Impossible. Your magnificent and treacherous wonderfulness abounds endlessly. I'm sure if you were in charge of the movie, you could not only build a magnificent door, but also devise a a perfectly wicked plan of blowing the door up or tearing it down. Nothing stops you, my evil lord, or us, your loyal minions. I am ever at your service and will always do your bidding. (Especially if it mean earning a nickname. I'm still jealous of Libby and Joe. lol)
Anywayyy, Tirian's report sounds promising... Maybe the movie will turn out better than the spoilers have led us to believe? *Hopes*
