Coke vs. Pepsi ... I like both. But Pepsi tastes a little less sugary and a little more refreshing.
However, if made to pick soda, I'd probably pick Orange Fanta or Crush--basically orange soda. And then after that grape soda or Dr. Pepper. And then root beer, and then ginger ale. But Coke/Pepsi/Diet Coke/Diet Pepsi are probably my last choice for soda.
But cranberry juice is the nicer sweet-drink subtitute that tingles in the mouth like a proper soda does..and it doesn't cause those unladylike belches.

^haha I never burp so I don't have that problem when I drink soda .
Coke probably. I have barely ever had Pepsi. But I don't drink Coke all that regularly. We don't call them 'soda'. In Australia, they're known as 'soft-drinks'.

Soda? What is this soda you speak of? I do believe the carbonated beverages of which you speak are referred to as pop.
Back on the serious side of things, I prefer Ginger Ale and cream soda to both Pepsi and coke. But if I had to choose between the two I would say coke.
I voted Other, since I prefer Dr. Pepper to all other kinds of soda.
I haven't had an IBC root beer in a long time, but I remember them being really good.
IBC root beer is so good! I get one in a glass bottle every time I go to Brew-Bacher's Grill. It's the best!

I love me some pepsi...and ginger ale and sprite...so good! Have to cut down though!

My favorite soda is Diet Cherry Coke. Very specific.
Yeah. You are right, Miss Aravis. Water is the best choice out there.
IRN-BRU gets my vote. I don't get it very much, as this version is not even made in the US.
Admittedly, I have had a lot of soda pop in my years. Was not unlike me to down a two-liter bottle of Diet Coke or Diet Dr Pepper when I was on shift. For more than a few reasons, I have gotten away from sweetened (regular and artificial) drinks - have not had a soda pop in several weeks. I drink a lot of tea now; coffee in the mornings.
^haha I never burp ...
Indeed. Ladies never burp. ... they are delicate about it ... like flowers in the early morning opening petals to the beautiful sunshine. Boys, on the other hand, tend to violently spew ... Mt Vesuvius comes to mind. [/off topic]
“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.”
I love Cherry Coke and Mountain Dew...but I don't drink them often, preferring to save them as a special treat. Soda is just so terrible for you that I can't justify drinking a lot of it.
For me, I am driven by two main philosophies: know more today about the world than I knew yesterday, and along the way, lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you. - Neil deGrasse Tyson
I think that AW root beer is the best followed closely by Sprite. Then Dr. Pepper and coke. That's all I really drink. I acually drink more tea then sodas.

It's called 'pop' here in Chicagoland, too!

I haven't drinken soda for a long time... Now, all that I can stomach is good 'ol homemade root beer and fresh A&W Root Beer (from the tap. You can only get it at A&W, but it's worth it!!! When I did drink soda (we actually call it soda pop here... I guess we just can't make up our minds! ), my favorites were Sunkist (caffiene-free) and Tiki Punch. Now, though, I drink more milk, OJ, Apple Juice and Grapefruit Juice than anything (I'm especially lucky that the vending machines at my school have them!!! ).

Yes I know. I should. After all I live there. My faimly is from Wisconson and we call it "soda." Also "pop wars" or, something like it, wouldn't be a very good title
