I'm starting to screenwrite for my humanities class. I have to come up with a heroic journey for final by May.

I'm thinking about doing a modern day story of Elijah and Elisha, but I don't know yet.

We're up to 40 pages! But oh, we're supposed to be up to 48. :( *pouts*

Our script would need an awful lot of editing if it were ever desired to be put on somewhere. But I think it's just a really fun experience, and I'm glad we're doing it, even though I have a foggy sort of idea what is going to happen. :)

Winter. . . I did have your name, but I didn't remember that it was you. We didn't talk much during NaNo, so I guess I never connected it in my brain with you.

I'm putting together a screenplay at the moment for The Magician's Nephew. I want to create little short 20-30 minute Narnia films using The Sims 2.

I know someone had done this already using an expensive program a few years ago on Narniafans.com and held voice auditions and such. I'm sort of thinking of doing that as well. I just don't know how to do it. (By the way, voices for Ramandu's daughter and Jill Pole has already been taken.) And i think Polly or Lucy might be taken by my BF's sister. Don't know yet. I still have a lot of voices to cast. But this should be fun! ;)

I've already created the characters of Digory, Polly, Uncle Andrew, Letty and the mother. For the Narnian's such as Aslan I'll use Sims Safari.

Those who are interested please PM me and I'll think of something. Don't worry I do film for a living, I swear.

Later I will post up pictures or even video clips of what I've already done so far for Sims: MN.

As of 2:08, Thursday, April 29, 2010, I am officially a Script Frenzy winner!!! Somehow I actually have 101 pages. :P It was a terrific experience, and I am definately going to be doing it next year. Anyways...just wanted to annouce that. I couldn't have done it without my awesome family, who always made sure I had a quiet room to write in; or my fickled computer that was always locking up, at least I had one :P; or my iPod, music is always the best thing to help you write; and most importantly, I couldn't have done it without the Lord's help. He has been working on my heart during this month, and with His leading, hopefully my script will be something I cannot only be proud of, but can glorify God through.
Now...on to actually finishing my script! :D

Congratulations, PON!!!! What a thrilling, exciting, wonderful feeling that is. ;)) I'm so glad you could finish!

Annddd . . . Betsie and I did too! :D :D We finished up with a big bang, getting over 40 pages in the last four days of April. ;)) It looked kind of dark there for awhile, but we knew we could do it. We got 101 pages too, and managed to actually finish/terminate/extinguish (oh wait, no!) our script. :D

Oh, and if I got to dedicate my part of the script to someone, it would have to be flambeau.
Because she didn't say that we Could-she said that we Would. :D ;))

Congrats to all our Script Frenzy winners and participants! The contest deadline has passed for this year, but feel free to continue discussing your writing experiences in our Writer's World thread; the latest page begins here.

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.
