I assumed the Hatter had some sort of alternate personality thing going on.
Oh dear. Christianspotlight.com is so pedantic in their reviews. In regards to Alice in Wonderland, they cite Absalom the Caterpillar's line, 'see you in another life Alice', as preaching reincarnation! Context people, context. I get so frustrated with Christians who don't use their brains. Absalom is a caterpillar, therefore when he says, 'see you in another life Alice', he's referring to the fact that he will be contained in his cocoon for some time and then emerge as a new creation (with a new life) - a butterfly. Towards the end of the movie we see this. Honestly, I sometimes want to bash my head against a brick wall.

^that's stupid. At least it wasn't pluggedin.com
Yes, PluggedIn.com has a little more credibility and is a marginally better movie review site. But only marginally.

I saw How to Train Your Dragon today, I thought it was a decent film. Predictable, but I thought it was still good, the Dragon was very cute!

^I kinda wanna watch that but i'll probably wait until it's on DVD. it looks cute though
I read a review about How To Train Your Dragon and it sounded good.....Gerard Butler is the voice of the head viking and according to the article, all the vikings sounded like Gerard Butler! hmmm.....

Just got back from seeing Clash of the Titans, I personally liked it enough to buy it when it comes out on DVD.
Don’t go seeing it, and expecting a really realistic true to the myth sort of movie. I think Sam Worthington summed it up best when he said that “It doesn’t take it’s self too seriously” and "that it’s just supposed to be a fun movie." That’s the best way to sum it up. It’s just a fun movie.
I was going to see it in 3D, but money is tight and after hearing that the 3D was awful we chose to see it in 2D, I may see the film again and if I do, I think I will see it in 3D.

I thought about going to see "How to Train Your Dragon," but rethought that plan once I realized dragons probably like to eat little, defenseless rabbits.
Oh, look at the time! I'm late! *dashes off*
^smart thinking!
7chronicles: sounds kinda interesting but I'm a little bit of a stickler for sticking to history...one reason I will probably never watch Troy
How to Train Your Dragon I thought was great, predictable yes, but still fun to watch.
I've wanted to see Clash of the Titans but I recently opted to wait for DVD rental. If it's meant for "fun" only, I take that as a sure sign to wait for DVD. Not saying its bad, but usually when people say that, it's because the movie was mediocre and they are trying to justify it. (when I say people, I don't mean the audience, I mean the actors in the movie itself- like Sam Worthington saying it's just for fun).
I might love it on DVD, but as ticket prices are high, I won't risk it in theater.
(I love Troy btw)
^really? I read a synopsis and they said it mostly concentrates on the romance and completely cuts out the gods. Now I know the gods weren't really there but they're so woven in to the story and I can't imagine it without them.

I personally thought there was more moments with the gods, the romance was only lightly there in my opinion. I really did like it! I thought Liam Neeson was great as Zeus, and I liked Sam Worthington as Perseus!

^wait so they actually had gods? Maybe I will watch it...
The gods were definitely in the movie! Zeus and Hades have most of the screen time, but they are all there. Poseidon and Apollo also have some lines! I really liked how they did Mount Olympus, it's just how I pictured it, but better!
