I was never really popular, but most people liked me:) I was just really quiet and liked keeping to myself. I was usually the kid reading at lunchtime! As for competing with siblings, my brother is 10 years younger and my sister is 17 years younger, so for us that has never been an issue Instead of competing with them, I was helping my mom and step-dad care for them. I was never really popular. I was in 1st and second grade at a private school, most of them were boys so I hung out with them more. Then when I went to public schools they were so big and imtidating that I stayed to myself and some students thought I was weird and liked to make fun. It stopped a little when I got to High School, but I was never trully anything popular.

I go to a private school and its not so bad as in public schools. wer like one happy famly.

I wasn't popular in primary (elementary) school but I had several very good friends. I was much less popular in highschool. I was constantly bullied, even by the stupid year 8's when I was in year 12 (yeah, aren't they so tough when they come as a group of 20 or so to pick on 1 person (me) - very fair). Thankfully I had a great bunch of friends who were also outcasts (we didn't even share many similar interests but we got along so well).

I am not int he popular group but no one hates me. All the idiots leave at the end of year 10 for jobs ect or to manea(another school close by).

that sounds terrible w4j, when your are in year 8 you don't know how stupid you werre until you are in year 11.

Homeschoolers are just the outsiders to begin with so most of us don't have popularity problems. (I say most because there are some weird people.) But, when I belonged to a co-op I did have a group of people that I would talk to. But we let everyone in who wanted in and some of us had no real friends to being with before this.
