I watched Tangled again over the weekend with friends. It's pretty entertaining, and the scene where they release the lanterns is among my favorites in the whole movie (and isn't baby Rapunzel cute! :) ).

But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.

Tangled is an amazing movie - it has almost turned into my favorite animated movie. I saw it twice in the theatres, which I've only done with PC and VDT. It's so very sweet and funny and has great music and stuff. I LOVE her hair, when it's really long and down, when it's cut, and - when it's braided! Oh my goodness! She's really pretty, and Flynn is so cute and funny . . it's just an amazing movie!! :D I really need to buy it.

Do you like it more when it's down, or when its braided, Elanor? I personally like it more down.
Were you expecting

I like it best when it's braided - it's so gorgeous! But it's lovely every way, so I totally understand. :)
No, I wasn't expecting it (though my sister said she was just waiting for it). I'm not good at knowing what's going to happen in movies - and I'm too caught up in them to have time to consciously think about it. I had no clue what was going to happen.

My family and I watched Silverado last night. It's one of my favorite movies.

And then I watched Prince Caspian with one of my sisters. It had been over a year since the last time I watched PC and I liked it better this time. But I didn't Susan as well as I had.

Ooh, Silverado is a great movie - though I've only watched it once, when I was old enough to remember it. I need to see it again . .
And I really need to see PC again!! That's such an excellent movie!!
Tonight I'm going to see the really old version of The Robe - I've been wanting to for awhile, so I'm excited. Has anyone else seen it?

Last night I watched Wait Until Dark with Audrey Hepburn. I really enjoyed it. Not the most incredible film ever, but it was beautifully paced and really engaging. My only real complaint was a few moments from Audrey that were over-dramatic but, when you consider that was "realistic" for the time, it's easily overlooked. I'd definitely recommend it. Just a fair warning, it might be a scary for younger children.

Yeah, I remember seeing it in the theatre and scattering popcorn over several rows at the climactic moment

The difference is that people wanted to hear the stories, whereas I never met anyone who wanted to read the essays

Any of you seen Beastly? I liked that. In tangled, I wonder if RUpunzel's hair ever grows back?

Well, considering that hair does grow back, I'm sure

REMEMBER SPOILER TAGS PEOPLE! THANK YOU! :D

Despite the fact that I don't think Alex Pettyfer is that great of an actor, I am interested in seeing Beastly, because I read the book and it was really good. :)
