Not really. But hey, this thread looks like fun. And abstaining from all Narnia spoilers until you-know-what comes out in theaters sounds like it would be exciting for a change! I managed to keep myself from spoilers when the first movie came out and I think it was most enjoyable because of that.

But on the other hand, here on NarniaWeb where people are always blabbing about the latest spoilers, and plastering the latest Narnia production photos all over the graphics forums, 'tis hard to keep mine eyes from wandering and wondering about what lies ahead.

So...out of curiosity, how does one join this ordination??

I hath realized mine own vow hast not been posted. I realize that many hath not posted their vows as such, but I wish to be held accountable for mine future actions. But I shall not use the old language for it; that should bewilder me to the point where even I mayhaps not know what mine own vow is.

I vow to avoid any and all spoilers within my power to avoid (an example of what I can't avoid: fan graphics used on this forum, spoiler quotes in someones avie/siggie) until I have seen Voyage of the Dawn Treader, even if I have to wait until it is out on DVD (the curse of living where there is no movie theater).

Though I hath not read it, I hath heard the gist of the latest news story which containeth an interview of Apted in which he saith heretical and debased things, which ought not to be uttered. But it hath formed in me a stern resolution, and a new vow am I fain to make. For lo, all my fears hath been confirmed, and the Beatific Vision which we hath long been awaiting seemeth as though it shalt not be beatific in the least.

And so it is in my heart to extend my spoiler-free vows unto eternity and forswear me forever of this film.

Thou speakest great wisdom, Speaker of Symbolism and of Wisdom of the Order. Lo, I too have bethought me of what mine course of action shouldst be now that mine eyes have seen this terrible sight. For sooth, I didst deny mine vows afore now, and 'twas mine curse to be Spoiled many times over in preparation for this third of the Beatific Visions -- a curse I didst bring down upon mine own head, ye mun know. Yea, I was even one of those that were Spoiled Rotten. But hark! it hath been decided by me that I shalt not train mine eyne any longer unto these glimpses of the Vision -- in troth, that I shalt rejoin This Blessed Monastery.

Verily, I do undertake this mine action not out of any belief that it shall make the coming Vision truly Beatific, but that I thinkst it be not worth the trouble. Forsooth, when I wandered through the Land Most Gruesome of the Spoiled Rotten, I found that mine soul was constantly in great travail -- that Hope, That Glorious Dame, wast constantly entering into me and again going out of me. If the Vision be not Beatific, then 'tis folly to waste such passion upon it. There be many Occupations more Worthy than this: chronicling, yea, ist one.

It’s just a tiny little spoiler. It only reveals most of the plot! Muahahaaha. You cannot resist the powers of this spoiler. It is foolproof to break the walls around of any spoiler resistant Narnia fan. You shall fall!!!!!!!!!!!!!
