If you're tall, you shouldn't worry about stunting your growth. :p
I'm done growing, so I don't worry about it. I usually drink tea (neither of my parents like coffee, so we don't have it around the house), but there is something wonderfully refreshing about a Monestary cappuccino. :)

And I'm finally giving up on Olde English. My attempts were pretty pathetic.

What is this foul smell that disturbeth my reverie? Can it be the vile and odious odor of Starbucks coffee?

x_x Unspoiled monks of the kindest, noblest sort, I beg forgiveness! ^:)^ By the Lion, I assure thee that my intentions were well-meant. I meant not to disturb thy quiet meditation with such an uproar. I was not aware of thy hatred of Starbucks coffee, and if the Spoiled Rotten are somehow involved in this unfortunate affair, it was not to my knowledge... :-?

Please pardon my ignorance, for I do not know much about thy sacred ways. Perhaps I might make amends by preparing another gift instead? If I might ask, what sort of baked goods do monks prefer? :)

Yes, we are sadly behind in the poll. I know we number more than nine!

I also have a question for my fellow monks. I was in the NaNo thread, and someone had posted a poster for the Night of Writing Narnianly. I believe the picture used was a spoiler picture. I put in my vow that viewing unavoidable spoilers like someone's graphics was okay, and I had no way of knowing that poster was there before I got to that post. Have I violated my vow?

Life of Winter, I know not how the other Monasterians would reck thy deed, but for my part I believeth that thou art innocent in this matter. For lo, it is the heart which conceives the evils we perform, and as thy heart wast not seeking this wickedness, thou art not to blame.

However, thou must guard against the tendency to dwell overmuch upon the unhallowed sight which thou hast seen, so that thou art not led into temptation and sin. Put it from thy mind with much chanting and humming and general annoying noise-making, that thou mightst remain holy.

And to those who art worried that the Monasterians art the minority within the poll, I say unto thee: righteousness hath always been in the minority. We art a faithful remnant, and of a necessity remnants must be smaller than the number of the general populace. Fret not, my brethren and sistern.

Greetings! I have traveled far from the Lair of the LoESRM. I can no longer take the way the pillage the internet for the dreaded spoilers. So I have journeyed to this establishment (although the buffet was quite tempting) to rid myself of the horror calling itself Spoilers.

Welcome, O Melian Maia! We are highly delighted at thy most wonderful presence. Thy conversion from spoiled to pure brings joy to my heart, and I am sure that your viewing of the Most Glorious Beatific Vision (that is, the film) shalt be ten-fold more wonderful from abstaining from the dread rot that is spoilers.

Please thee, take several morsels of cookies and a steaming cup of cappuccino! They shalt do thee good. :D

*Visits from the evil lair with a cautious, suspicious look, and stays just outside the monastary*

Calling: Good evening Rose-Tree Dryad. Or should I call you Villain-to-Be? How do we know that this invitation of yours is not really the bait into a trap? Maybe this food you offer us has some secret spoiler-loathing ingredient... If we are considered gluttons who feast on the meal from which you diet, why do you wish us to enter your supposedly "sacred" walls?

Oh...yes...I have received word of the invitation extended to Pilgrims and minions alike to enter these walls as guests, so I've come to visit...as well as to take refuge from spoilers in a new TV spot. How do you monks avoid them?

You Monks don't know what you're missing. The new TV spot came out and revealed something MAJOORRRR. If it is as it appears, it'll be the biggest thing in ANY Narnia movie EVER. It's hugeness is unimaginable. And I'm not exaggerating (this time). Even we of the Lair are sitting back, stunned, unable to speak, because of the shockingness of it. I can't imagine what it would be like to encounter it in the movie itself unprepared.... :-o

I pray you, for your own sakes, think again!!!!!
