I don't think I've posted here since the semester started. I'll just do catch up on this page then, and perhaps I can be more thorough rather than do a really swift skim...

Nice work, DancingPrincesses! I especially like the Snow White set. The cropping on the first Mary Jane avy is good, too. Personally, I think I would've moved the words just a little over, so they're completely on the gray-green background, and not partially on her hair, but that's a minor critique (I have a horrible time figuring out placement of wording...which is why many of my graphics are textless ). The lighting on the second MJ avvy is kind of bright and makes it really hard to see her face---I'm not sure how you added it or what program you used, but I'd suggest making that texture a bit more transparent next time.
On your second post, I think you did really well with harvest avvy. I also like your 3rd & 4th Taylor Swift avvies, and the last sig is really pretty. The hearts on the 1st and 2nd sigs are really cute---is that a brush, or did you draw them yourself?

Nice work, checkers! You've got a lot better grasp of blending than I do. On the second post, your second sig is rather cute, and the layout of the third is very nice. My favourite, though, is the 6th one (and I also like the 'matching' Katara one you're currently using). You have a pretty nice layout on the wallpaper, too, especially with the bottom three pictures.

Very nice, flam! It almost makes me want to do NaNo just for the avvies I could use. #2-5 and #9 are my especial favourites. And I think "Grammar Errors" works just fine.

DaughterofEve1792, aww, the cat wallie is cute! The simplicity of it works well. They're a bit hard to see, but I like how you have various phrases related to mad floating around the second wallie.

Nice, Wunder! (I still need to see that movie... ) The first is my favourite---the white face against the dark background is a very nice contrast.

To change your avatar go to the User Control Panel, Click on the Profile tab, and then click on the Edit Avatar (Which is located on the left hand sidebar) you can then either upload it from your computer or you can copy and past the URL.

Thanks so much! It is indeed - I used it on another forum and saw no point in changing my name. And of course, I do adore that book.

anyway, a few more avatars... all the signatures I've made are the wrong height (150, b/c I made them on another forum where the height is 150..) so I'll just put avi's for now.
