*clarifies* It's not widely known if you've only seen the movies, but in the Extended Universe, we see more of what Fett is. Without going into much detail, Fett is part of a race called the Mandolorians. They're known for being ruthless and generally hard to kill. Thus, Fett is Mando'. (more behind everything and that ya lol...wont get into it. Can you tell I'm a big Mando' fan? )
