I just made seven avatars from the film Amazing Grace; more to come, I'm sure.
Anyone can use; C&CC appreciated.

Love the tea/books ones, malkah (good choice, PELS ).
Amazing Grace! Hooray! Saved the last one; the "more to come" bit = happiness. (Especially if they're of Wilberforce. And if they're textless. Me? Opinionated? Never. Um, no pressure of course.)
I am currently stuck on a computer with nothing but Paint and Photobucket and it's terrible I tell you, just terrible.
1 - Random picture from...that awesome site that has been linked a few times here, that I cannot remember the name of. Shorpy?
2 - Wartime cartoon

Lysander-Can I use one of Amazing Grace avatars on another forum? Do you have a way I could credit you?
Thanks.

Christ is King.
Certainly you may! No credit is necessary, as long as you don't claim them as their own work. If anyone asks of their origin, you can link them to my photobucket: http://s497.photobucket.com/albums/rr334/lysander90/?start=0

I have a request. I hope it's not too specific.

Could someone please make me an avatar out of this picture?(let me know if it's too big)
I don't want any words on it. Some ethereal graphics would be nice, but I don't want them to overwhelm the picture.
I whipped these up Lark. No pressure to use.
You're all making wonderful graphics Great work!
Some Pride and Prejudice avatars from me, I was experimenting with textures for the first time:
The lovey textures were made by hyaline12. Thank you!
Comments and criticism are welcome and wonderful. Anyone can use and credit is appreciated
Thanks to malkah for the lovely avatar!
I whipped these up Lark. No pressure to use.
These are great,Kate. The textures you used are perfect! But could you please zoom in a bit more? I don't know very much about making graphics,so if this isn't do-able I completely understand.
I love em Mar! My favorite are # 4, 5, and 11.
Two from me:
Avvie By Rising_Star
Excellent cropping, mar! I really like 5, 7, and 8 a lot.
I love your Pride and Prejudice one, Broadway_Freak! I really love that texture, where did you find it?
Here's two attempts from me, Lark. Don't at all feel like you have to use them. Credit is not required if you use, though it's lovely.
Here's a few I've been working on in my spare time.
1-3: Lord of the Rings
4: Pirates of the Caribbean
5 and 6: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
7: Pride and Prejudice '05
I used a texture by MissAdventure on number 5.

pogginfan, this is perfect! It's just what I had in mind! Thank you so much!
Your other avatar's look nice as well. On #2 you really brought out the blue in Frodo's eyes.
My first-EVAR signature.
Is it bad? Yes.
Are the colors hard to read? Yes.
Is it sharp? No.
Will I try again? Yep!
C & CC welcome, use with credit (although it's pretty bad !)
Nice work, everyone!
I haven't had a chance to do very much, but I did design a new background for my Twitter account today: http://twitter.com/NarnianPrincess
Also, I don't THINK I've posted this here before (forgive me if I have):
from Skillet's Monster music video.
As always, please credit if used.
