Hurricane, very nice icons! As for what works, I think the designs are great on all of them, but especially #1, 3, 6, and 7. (I most love the split screen in the 6th icon) I say keep it up!

Anyway, I absolutely love your first two avvies; the layout is perfect and the blending is great, especially with the text dividing the two. You did a great job with the text on the last two as well.

Flam: Sheesh. They're all so gorgeous. The blending on 1 and 2 is amazing. You have such a way with text and I love the colorings of 6, 10, and 13 (all of them really, but those especially). Way to not be afraid of yellow!

Tarkheena: I love your quote sigs! The first one is one of my favorite songs.

Merlin seems to be the only show that can inspire me to make anything from it, which makes a certain kind of sense I guess since it features a lot of guys stomping around in red cloaks, which make for very colorful graphics. Plus, season 4 just started so there are lots of lovely HQ photos!

And then because I enjoy what lovely quality and colors there are, I sometimes feel inspired to make bigger graphics (These are thumbs, so click for larger):

Hopefully we'll get better shots of Merlin himself in the future. The last one is from Downton Abbey. I don't really like Mary that much, but she always looks so lovely and has such lovely clothes.

I love every single one of them, but my favorites are #1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 (so sad!), 17, 19, and 20 (fabulous job on those last two). Could you do a tutorial for #14/15?

Just finished watching the first episode of the 4th series of Merin. I love it! And I'm so stoked about the rest of the season!

All comments and criticisms are much welcome and very much appreciated!! The text on the 3rd avatar and sig are from the song "Faceless" by Red. And I may add some more graphics to this post later. Not too many, but I have a few quotation ideas.
