woot! I FINALLY got that blasted Dojo egg!

I've also gotten the Pirate egg and I'm now trying to get the Cook and/or Nibbler eggs

Something strange happened over the weekend. I didn't get any of my hourly trap checks today. Has this happened to anybody else? (I hadn't logged in for a while. . . maybe that's why???)

Any ways, I'm not sure if I want to go after any more eggs until I get my cackle lantern. I'm sitting at 1.2 million, so I should probably have it by Tuesday. I'm guessing that the event will go on for another week or so, so there will be plenty of time to collect more.

@Digs I think the trap checks only go for 24 hours after the last time you log in. Also make sure you have cheese equipped but I'm sure you do

Actually I say this because I have done it countless times myself... where I run out of cheese over night, and I wake up and say, "Hey where's all the trap checks?" Then I realize it's not a glitch, I just ran out of bait

Being gone over Easter weekend really slowed down the egg intake. I'm also not having any luck at all getting the specific mice eggs. No Monster, no Dragon, no Cherry.

I'm gonna be gone for the rest of the week starting tomorrow afternoon so I'll move back to the Fiery Warpath and coast for the time being.

Oh, and by the way, I'm so backed up on gifts, it isn't funny (I've already claimed my 10 for today and have another 13 waiting for me). So if you have other friends you can send gifts to instead, feel free to skip me for the next week. If you don't, keep sending 'em my way and I'll eventually get caught up.

I got my Cackle Lantern Trap earlier today! WOO HOO!!!!!

Afterwards, I headed back over to the Gauntlet. I want to finish Tier IV this week. I managed to catch a Guqin Player mouse which dropped a "Gauntlet Bard Egg." I hadn't heard of this egg before now. . . maybe I'm the first to get it

Smashing it revealed four pieces of Tier IV cheese. Not too shabby. Any ways, the Guqin Player also dropped a Tier V potion, which made me even more happy!

Actually Digs, I hate to break it to you, but I've heard of it before and was trying to get it all day yesterday... you might be the first NWer to get it though as I ran out of Teir 4 cheese so I went back to the factory to have another go at the burglar... I might try again, but not yet...

So I have a few questions:

2) Is there any chance of me getting the Subterranean or Big Bad Burroughs on the Ambush Trap? I know that Acronym is better... and I'm still working on it, but... The Big Bad Burroughs is dropping an egg... and I don't think I'll have the ACRONYM by the end of the event

Rarish, SB+ only mouse in the Mountains. Also shows up at Christmas events.

If you use the Ambush/Dehydration/Limelight/No Charm/No Shield, you have a 7.14% chance to catch BBB. If you tack on an Ultimate Luck Charm and a Lucky Shield, your catch rate increases to 12.97%.
If you go with Ambush/Bamboozler/Limelight/Ultimate Power Charm/Shield, you'll go up even further to 14.01%.
So yes, there is a chance, however, it's quite low.

Yup. 2 of them. I've gotten a little tired of egg hunting and things are kind of crazy at work right now, so I'm set back up in the warpath at the moment.

Yay! I got the Calm Clearing piece finally!! Thanks to your help fellow Narnia webbers! Only one more question, should i journey to the calm clearing or to the mountain first?

Personally, I'd advise you to travel to the Mountain, Mim. You'll need to be a Journeyman in order to access it, but once you're there, you can buy your first charm Conduit (you'll need one for later), and can also make a decent profit. Make sure to catch a ninja mouse which will drop the map piece to the Burroughs.

I'm agreeing with pretty much everything Digs said... the Mountain is one of my favorite spots so far, and you should turn a better profit there than in the Calm Clearing, you will have to hit both however, but I'd suggest the mountain first

Edit! I finally got the Dojo Student Egg, which contained one tolken of the cheese fang. That means I got 1 of each of the first ten eggs, 2 pirate Eggs, the Whiskers Woods Egg, the Gauntlet Bard Egg, and the Dojo Student Egg so far... I think the only other one I can feasibly manage is the Burglar Egg... So I may head back to the chocolate factory to see if I can pick it up along with more Pirate Eggs
