Wolf, I don't know how much hope I can give you for finding the pink egg here in the mountain. I've caught both frozen and pebble mice, and have yet to get the egg drop. In the mean time, my SB+ supply is dropping (I shall have to complete another survey today), and I am starting to get frustrated.

On the bright side, I've gotten quite a few orbs. Selling those after this event is over should put me closer to getting my Cackle Lantern trap. I currently have around 840K, meaning that I'm only 600K away from the platinum I need. We shall see how long it takes for me to make that kind of money, but I'm hoping to have it before I head into Tier V of the Gauntlet.

The pink egg is dropping in the Mountain. I didn't get it there myself, I got it from the Bazaar last night from a Zombie mouse. But my husband, my brother, and my sister-in-law all got the pink egg from there yesterday or in the early hours this morning. My brother even got it using plain ol' Brie cheese. So it is dropping, it's just a low drop rate.

I have returned to the Mountain this morning to snag the Golden Egg and hopefully that will drop quickly.

I got the pink egg in the Mountain. I got frustrated and tried using SuperBrie, but that didn't work and I switched back to regular Brie. That worked. Now I'm trying to get a golden egg with no luck.

I'm getting rather annoyed with y'all cluttering up my facebook wall with all of this pink-egg success when I can't get diddly squat I'm still in the bazaar and still have zilch.

I too do not yet have the pink egg. I have returned to the mountain and there I shall stay until I get home from work. If I have yet to catch one then, I will head to the bazaar.

I'm glad I'm not the only one!! I was in the Mountain most of the day, and after restocking Brie cheese, I'm back in the Bazaar. I've got what I think is my most powerful trap armed. We'll see what happens!

I checked out the Catch Rate numbers on Furoma.com and you'll get about a 12-17% catch rate increase if you switch to your Explosive Toboggan Trap and Candy Cane Base.

Well, I got the pink egg last night, but unlike everybody else with all 9 eggs, I'm having a horrible time getting a golden egg. I was in the Mountain for a long time, decided to try Tier 2 of the Gauntlet but couldn't get a Locksmith (which supposedly drops it), so now I'm back in the Bazaar since it tends to be nicer to me. But I'm not having any luck there either. Ah well. I'll get it eventually.

By the way, for those if you who are already in the Chocolate Factory as well as those who will get there in the near future, if you're not catching Forgotten and/or Shadow mice, you're doing something wrong.

ETA: 7 min after I post I got my golden egg to drop from a Bionic Mouse in the Bazaar. I was just using regular Brie Cheese.

I got the pink egg in the Mountain this afternoon. I'm in the Catacombs right now trying to get the Friendly Egg. Why is one of the supposedly easiest eggs in the game so hard to get?? *sigh*

Ok I'm gonna go on a very large limb here and go to the pinnacle chamber to get the Happless to drop... (fortunately I got a large numer of cheese drops) but I'm not getting anything in the Mountain or the Bazaar

I just got the pink scallopped egg from the Hapless Mouse in the Pinnacle Chamber... Headed back to the mountain after the Golden egg

Er. . . . what! The Hapless Mouse is dropping the egg!?!?!?!?!?! I'm heading over to the pinnacle chamber too!

I think it's dropping the Golden Egg too, I probably should have stayed there... ah well hindsight is 20:20

I decided to go over to the Chamber as well, and while I did get the Hapless mouse, it didn't drop my egg. Oh well, I'll keep going.
