Over the weekend, I spent most of my time in

where I made a good amount of gold, and also nabbed the blue egg off of the above mentioned mouse.

Tonight, I headed over to the

because I was still missing my green egg, and managed to get one on the first drop.

So I'm just waiting on the red egg, and I'll be up to date.

I got my Stripy Red Egg off of the

. I'm a little disturbed at how these eggs are dropping less and less frequently. Even when snagging the correct mouse it took me maybe 10 - 12 catches to get the egg to drop. But then again, I do like a challenge. I'll be curious to see how horrid the Golden Egg is.

In the meantime, I am enjoying my new Monstrobot. It's not as overpowered as I thought it would be, but that's probably a good thing.

But after the Easter event is over, I may need to take a break from the Fiery Warpath to work on restocking my gold supply. I was close to 4million when I got here and now I'm just over 1million. I'll need a lot more than that when I go to craft the Sphynx and Oasis traps.

Why is it that I can only buy cheese from the Town? I've leveled up so I can go to the Windmill so I want to hunt there but it's irritating that I have to go back to the Town every time I run out of cheese and need to buy more.

Why is it that I can only buy cheese from the Town?

Only certain areas in the game have stores. Back in the day, the Town of Gnawnia was the original starting location, which is why it has all of the stores. When they moved the starting area to the Meadow, they had to move the stores there as well, but they don't have as much stuff as in the Town.

So you will find throughout the game that about one location per area will have a cheese shop, or trapsmith, or general store. But something to keep in mind is that the prices aren't always static. For example, Brie Cheese in the Town of Gnawnia is 200g a piece, but in Cape Clawed it's 400g a piece. So I almost always travel back to the Town of Gnawnia anyways.

To help keep traveling costs down, when you go to your travel page, you'll see a tab that says "Larry's Travel" and if you click on that, he'll give you a free ride back to the Meadow.

So has anyone seen or heard of any Wavy Purple egg locations yet? My husband's set up in the Harbour (that seems to be the most likely place in Gnawnia) and I'm in the Lagoon.

Any ways, those are the places where people on the forums have gotten them. In the meantime, I've gone back to the gauntlet. I went through five more pieces of cheese, and still haven't gotten another potion drop. This makes for one drop out of 31 pieces of cheese . I'm starting to get very very concerned! I contacted support but they said more or less what everybody else has said, that loot drops become rarer the higher you go. . . . . but I still think 1/31 is insanely low! (3.2% drop rate!)

I'll probably hang out here for a little while, hoping that a tier V mouse drops an egg today

. But if I haven't done anything by this afternoon, I'll probably hop over to one of the above mentioned places to try to nab today's egg.

EDIT: I just got two consecutive potion drops! WOO HOO!

I got my Wavy Purple Egg.

Tomorrow the new area will be unlocked for those that have all of the eggs. Can't wait to get in there and see it.

I've been in

Humbug. I've caught at least two

with the wicked gnarly, but had no drops. Now a troll mouse stole a piece of my cheese. But I just made some more with the last of my Brie. So hopefully I will be getting the mouse before I run out of wicked gnarly.

I still haven't caught a mouse with the red egg or the Friendly Egg. It says the Friendly Egg is supposed to be hiding in my friend's profiles but it's not there. Is it a bug or do I just need more friends? Conga-rats to everyone who's having better luck than me (which is everybody, I think )!

Wolf, consider yourself very lucky.
dotK, no, you're not doing anything wrong. Every profile got one random egg choice out of three. If none of your friends have it in their profiles, you'll have to get it as a drop. I haven't looked up which mice it drops from, but I'm hearing that it should be pretty easy. I hope you get it soon!
Oh, and on the Red egg, the quickest place I've seen people get it is

*Sighs and heads back to Digby... maybe I'll have more luck there... I still need today's egg, yesterday's and the Gift egg.

I have stayed in the Harbour after

, and although I haven't gotten the egg yet, I have managed to catch two burglar mice (which more or less made up for all of the cheese I've used there today by their loot drops!!!!) I've also gained quite a few orbs too from the gold and silver mice, and it looks as if those are selling nicely on the marketplace!!!

EDIT:

The Pink and Golden eggs have just be released! As soon as all of the eggs have been collected, the Chocolate Factory will be accessible and we can catch the new Easter Mice, get the Rabbit Mallet, smash our eggs, and win the game!!!!!
Ok, maybe not so much on the last bit, but I'm looking forward to seeing the inside of the Chocolate Factory. I have one more mouse I need to catch in the Fiery Warpath and then I think I'm gonna head back to the Lagoon for a shot at the Pink egg.
