So far, I've gone through 16 pieces of cheese and only gotten one potion. Is this normal?
Yep.
Out of the 111 Tier 4 mice that I caught, I would say that I got about.... 12 potions?
Yeah... I'm spending a little time at Digby first (I know that kills the gold, but I think I'm only gonna craft 9 pieces) and then heading back there... I tried hunting there earlier, but I just wasn't having a good run. I will be back there shortly... In the meantime I sold 12 Simple orbs for 10,055 each and right now I have 12 flawed orbs on the market place for 900 each...

That's rather startling, FK. Based on those numbers, you had an 11% drop rate. I've now caught twenty mice, one of which dropped a potion. . . only 5% drop rate.

I'm starting this post to say that the Spring Egg Hunt has begun We'll see how many people beat me before I hit the 'Submit' button.
I suggest you visit your friend's profiles.
Yep! I've already got the first four eggs! I'm a bit confused as to how this event works though. . . . . where are these eggs hidden?
Oh, and still no more potion drops. Only 1/26 so far I have written to the devs to make sure that this isn't a game problem.

The first three are on your friend's profile pages.
A fourth can be sent as a gift.
The other six I believe have to be found in the game. It's an Easter Egg hunt!
Once you have found all 10 eggs, the new area will be unlocked for you. I imagine that as they try to keep all events open to the lower-level members, all of the eggs will be found in the lower-level areas.

I have a question. So I was bored and reading through this thread and I decided to try out this game.
So I click on "allow app" and whatever and I come to a page that says "Mousehunt: pick your first trap" and there are two options: high tension spring or sticky glue trap. So I clicked on high tension spring (no reason, it just looked cooler ) and the page went white except for those ads that are always on the edge and then it seemed to refresh itself and came back with the exact same page. So I tried clicking on the sticky glue trap and it did the exact same thing. I've clicked on both traps about four times each and I've closed and reopened it and nothings working. Do any of you know what's up?
narnian_at_heart, What browser are you using? Facebook recently made some changes, and there have been some loading issues... You may want to switch browsers (especially if you are using Internet Explorer as both me and Digs were having issues with it...)
Also try using www.mousehuntgame.com its the same thing, and typically it will work if the FB page is having problems

Hello Narnian_at_heart! You've managed to pick probably the worst time ever to try the game. They just released the start of the Easter event today and it is beyond sluggish right now cause everybody is logging on to play. They've also been having a few bugs due to a Facebook update a couple weeks ago.
You might try going to http://www.mousehuntgame.com . You'll still log in with your Facebook login and the account will be connected to Facebook, but since that link is hosted offsite from Facebook, it tends to run better.
Out of curiosity, what browser do you use? (Please don't say Internet Explorer. )

Thus far the devs have never required a person to have friends in order to complete an event. I would imagine that egg will drop SOMEWHERE in the game for you. If not, I find cookies are a good way to pay off friends in exchange for a favor.
As far as I can tell, I have collected all the eggs I can today and must wait for tomorrow before I get the next one.
So it's back to the Fiery Warpath for me.

I am absolutely crushing Wave 3 this time.
XD Fk, we simulposted again!
My freind said she would send me one (hopefully she will, and won't have computer issues) yay for freinds! If not here's hoping you are right. There's a daily limit on eggs?
Edit!

Still waiting to hear back from the devs about the issue. Going through 10% of my cheese supply with only 1 loot drop is not acceptable (and really isn't normal either)

LOL at once again simil-posting.
In answer to your spoiler-hidden question, wolf, each region has a specific mouse in a specific location that drops today's Green Plaid Egg.
The most successful place that people seem to be getting it is from
There's a daily limit on eggs?
Four of the remaining eggs I think are going to be released one day at a time. The Blue Argyle Egg will be released tomorrow, the Red Striped Egg on Saturday, and so on and so forth. The last Golden egg can only be snagged after you have the nine other eggs, and once you have that egg, you can get into the Chocolate Factory.
